雅思写作，话题远处不在，从命题形式上看，可以分为三大类：

1.辩论型题目(argumentation)

两个事物或两个观点，让你任选其一。或者是一个事物或一个观点，问你支持或反对。这类试题在考试中占70%左右。

例: Modern lifestyles mean that many parents have little time for their

children.Many children do not get as much attention from their parents as children did in the past.To what extent do you agree or disagree?

一个现象，让你说明原因或/和给出解决方法等。这类试题在考试中占20%。
