TASK2 ： Many young people leave school with a negative attitude towards learning.What are the reasons? How can we encourage young people to study?
思路分析: 此为report类型，需要讨论原因和解决办法。题目翻译：“ 很多年轻人毕业离校以后，对于学习抱有一种消极的态度。这个问题的原因是什么？我们如何鼓励年轻人去学习？”
原因的展开：
1.年轻人对于学习缺乏正确的认识，一旦毕业没有了课业压力，自然就没有动力去学习；
2.年轻人毕业后，生活中心的转移;因为很多人结婚育儿，家庭生活的快乐分散了人们学习的精力；
3.学校学习专注于知识的获取，对个人能力培养不足，学生毕业就业难，难以适应社会，把这些困难归咎于学习本身，对学习持有消极态度。
解决的方法：
1.学校教育应该更加明确learningd的真正意义，教育学生应该保持终生学习的快乐以及习惯;
2.企业鼓励员工进修学习，奖励学习的员工;还可以给员工们提供进修和学习的机会;
3.毕业生应该保持学习的习惯，在工作岗位上提高自己，更新知识，使自己在激烈的职场竞争中取胜。
