Recently, Oscar-winning director Ang Lee's(李安)movie Life of Pi（少年派的奇幻漂流）has elicited nine nominations for the 18th Critics' Choice Movie Awards.It was a great succe.The film is about Pi's adventure with a Panthera tiger called Richard Parker for survival on the sea.It used a flash-back narrative style to tell the story, which meant the plots flowed with the memory of survived old Pi.At the beginning, Pi's family immigrated to Canada with their animals, and the ship they took experienced a similar type of the Titanic sinking.Unfortunately, Pi's family were all dead, what's worse, Pi must in a life-board, staying with hyena(鬣狗),with an broken leg zebra, a chimpanzee(黑猩猩), as well as an adult tiger "Richard Parker.Later, the hyena killed the chimpanzee, lived to eat zebra, the tiger killed hyena.Indeed, the story is about how to survive with the tiger.Pi tried his best to tame Richard, he returned to the life-board to fetch food.Finally, he succeeded in living with a harmonious atmosphere with Richard.Through the proce, Pi collected water, fish and shrimp, and used all the skills to feed Richard, also to let him down.He found a book and pencil;writing down his adventure even may be no one can see, it also showed his hope to live.Then they was drifted to The Cannibal Islands(食人岛).After a short stay, they left the place in panic.Once Pi was rescued in the Mexico beach, Richard Parker fled to the jungle, never to be seen again.Though the end is a little sad, I love the adventure and the spirit which deeply moved me will never leave!
