We just enter the university and are acquainted with some new clamates.The dormitory is our second home, occasionally there will be friction between roommates.According to the survey, only forty percent of respondents are satisfied with the relationship between their roommates.There are following several reasons.Firstly, The important reason is the lack of communication between roommates.Secondly, Each roommate had a habit of different, everyone from all over the country, people of different cultural backgrounds must live together, that is easy to cause cultural conflict.Cultural backgrounds caused the differences in values, way of life.In addition, Students who did not have the right to choose and live in a dormitory, school for management convenience, the teachers often decide students which live in the dormitory.I suppose that we should communicate more with our roommates and understand each other.We can pay attention to learning, to master the art of interpersonal communication and skills.I think if we do so, the dormitory will be completely able to properly solve conflict problems.
