Nowadays, with the development of all kinds of communication tools, it is becoming increasingly popular among people whose job can be completed without going to their office to work from home.Working from home can really benefit both modern people and society a lot.So if poible, people should give the chance to work from home.The followings are my reasons.First, working from home can contribute a lot to saving time.Nowadays, people is spending g more and more time in traveling from home to office in the crowded carriage or driving their car in the street filled with all kind of vehicles that move like a snail, which really makes people mad.But if you working from home, there will not exist such a problem.You can save a mount of time.You don’t have to rush in the workday morning, because you need not worry to be late any more.Second, companies which allow their employees to work from home can benefit a lot from it.If part of the company’s employees can work at home, that means the company don’t have to rent a big office, which will contribute to reduce cost on overheads.Besides, if the company give its employee the chance to work from home, its staff will be more satisfactory with company and work more hard and effectively, thus increasing the employees commitment to company.Third, it helps employees achieve a better balance between work and life.It’s particularly useful for parents because it leaves them free to drop the children off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon.They can reduce child care costs and have more time with families.Another thing people like is that working at home means freedom from office politics, le stre and burn-out.They can come and go as they please, wear what they like, work the hours that suit them and focus on delivering good work.All in all, working from home is a tendency, which can benefit both modern people and society a lot and help live a better life.We have no excuse to refuse it.
