We confirm, that if the discrepancy between actual temperature of our export reefers and setting temperature is in ship’s mate permitted range(normally +/-3°C), we agree to load our container at existed temperature, providing the reefer vendor technician ascertained that the reefer is running in normal condition;or otherwise, once the temperature running beyond permitted range(+/-3°C)after terminal gate-in and thus lead to shortfall by ship's mate, we shall be responsible for all the risk and cost caused by.我司确认，兹由我司排载出口的冻箱，在机组工作正常情况下，如果货物的实际温度在装船时与设定的温度差异在船方允许范围之内（通常为正负3°C），我司要求给予装船；若进场后实际温度与设定温度差距过大（即超过正负3°C）或船方拒载，我司同意予以退载，并担保由此引起的一切后果均由我司负责。
