摘要

改革开放34年来，中小企业已经成为我国经济发展中的一支重要力量。根据2011年国家统计年鉴统计显示我国中小企业已经占到全国企业总量的99.17%，其在促进经济增长、扩大劳动就业、推动技术进步、创造社会财富等方面越来越凸显其重要性，已成为我国经济市场化和经济增长的重要推动力量。可是另一方面，虽然中小企业为我国的现代化建设做出了重大贡献，但是其融资难的问题已经成为制约我国中小企业发展的最大瓶颈。本文主要采用规范研究的方法，遵循理论与实践结合的原则，在对中小企业的发展现状进行分析后，提出中小企业融资难的原因思考，并着重提出相应的解决对策。本文的原因分析和对策建议部分以理论探讨为主。

Summary

years of reform and opening up, SMEs have become an important force in China's economic development.According to the 2011 National Statistical Yearbook of Statistics of SMEs in China has accounted for 99.17% of the total national enterprise, more and highlights its importance in promoting economic growth, expansion of labor and employment, promoting technological progre, create social wealth has become an important driving force of China's market economy and economic growth.But on the other hand, although small and medium enterprises for China's modernization has made a significant contribution, but the difficulty in financing iue has become the biggest bottleneck restricting the development of SMEs in China.This paper uses the method of normative research, follow the principle of combining theory with practice in the analysis of the status quo of the development of SMEs, SME financing reasons for thinking, and highlighted the corresponding countermeasures.Of reason analysis and suggestions part of the main theoretical discuion.Keywords:SMEsthe diffieult financing situation，solution of financing
