中草药防治鸡传染性支气管炎的研究摘要: 摘要: 120 只 1 日龄雏鸡随机分为四组,每组 30 只.第 1 组为喂中草药的预防组,第Ⅱ, Ⅲ,Ⅳ组不喂中草药.至 15 日龄,第 1,Ⅱ,Ⅲ组分别接种传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV 株)每只 0.5ml.第 1,Ⅱ组喂治疗量中草药,而第Ⅲ组不喂中草药为攻毒对照组,第Ⅳ组为空 白对照组.各组在相同饲养环境下隔离饲养.攻毒后每天观察各组临床症状,并于攻毒后 1d,3d,5d 扑杀观察肉眼变化,同时作组织病理学检查.空白对照组做相同检查.结果表 明:第 I 组,Ⅱ组仅个别出现临床症状和轻微肉眼可见病变.而第Ⅲ组病理变化明显,说明 中草药在预防和治疗传染性支气管炎有独特的疗效.Study on Herbs to Prevent and Cure Avian Infectious BronchitisAbstract:One hundred and twenty chickens 1 day old were randomly divided into 4 groups.There were 30 chickens in each group.The first group was fed with herbs as the prevention group;and the second and the third groups were not fed.On 15th day, the first, second and third were inoculated with IBV, and each was injected in 0.5ml.The first and second groups were fed with dosis curatina herbs, and the third group was not fed with herbs as control group of conteracting toxic substances, and the forth group was as blank control group.Each group was breeded separately in the same enviroment.After conteracting toxic substances, clinical symptoms of each group was observed each day, and which was killed on 1st, 3rd, 5th to observe pathological change and proceed the histopathology examination.The result showed that there were indvidual clinical symptoms and light pathological change in the first and second groups, and were obvious pathological change in the third group, which showed that herbs have unique curative effect on preventing and curing avian infectious bronchitis.
