The first player who manages to play out all of the cards in his/her hand wins the game.SET UP1、Each player draws a card.Player with the highest point value is the dealer.2、Shuffle the deck.3、Each player is dealt 7 cards.ACTION CARDS Draw 2 Card: When you play this card, the next person to play must draw 2 cards and lose his/her turn.If this card is turned up in the dealer’s hand at the beginning of play, the first player must draw two cards.This card may only be played on a matching colour or on another Draw 2 card.Reverse Card: This card reverses direction of play.Play to the left now paes to the right, and vice versa.If this card is turned up in the dealer’s hand at the beginning of play, the player to the right now plays first, and the play then goes to the right instead of left.This card may only be played on a matching colour or on another Reverse card.Skip Card: The next person to play loses his/her turn and is “skipped”.If this card is turned up in the dealer’s hand at the beginning of play, the first player(the player to the left of the dealer)is skipped.This card may only be played on a matching colour or on another Skip card.Wild Card: When you play this card, you may change the colour to any colour(including the current colour)to continue play.Wild Draw 4 Card: This card allows you to call the next colour played and requires the next player to pick 4 cards from the DRAW pile and give up his/her chance to play in the present turn unle he/she also plays a Wild Draw 4 Card or a Draw 2 Card which matches the colour you have fixed.If that happens, then the effect of the Draw Card is taken on the player next to your next player, which means he/she has to pick 6 or 8 cards from the draw pile and lose the chance to play any cards in the present round.Here is a little difference from the rules some other people play with.They regulate that you can only play the Wild Draw 4 Card when you don't have a card in your hand that matches the colour of the card previously played.But here, we dump the limitation and you can play the Wild Draw 4 Card at your turn in any situation as long as you have one.LET'S PLAY1、Player to the left of the dealer plays first.Play paes towards the left to start.2、The player is supposed to play a card that matches the previous card either by number, colour or action.For example, if the previous card is a Green 7, you must play a Green card or any colour 7.Or, you may play any Wild card or a Wild Draw 4 card.3、If you don't have anything that matches, you must pick a card from the DRAW pile and have no longer the chance to play a card in the present round.Then the play moves to the next person.4、Before playing your next to last card, you must say “UNO”.If you don't say UNO and another player catches you with just one card before the next player begins their turn you must pick two more cards from the DRAW pile.If you are not caught before the next player either draws a card from the DRAW pile or draws a card from his/her hand to play, you do not have to draw the extra cards.5、Once a player plays his/her last card, the round is over.Then the winner gets the privilege to select one person from the losers to get punished: Truth or Dare.The punished is supposed to get punishment from everyone else, which means every person among the rest of players has one chance to carry out punishment but you can give up your right.
