The Crew Health Security Regulations

1.目的Objective

为保障船员健康，符合船舶工作所必需的身体素质，做好劳动安全保护工作，特制定本规定。To guarantee the crew health, accord with shipping work neceary physical quality, completes the labor safety protection work, these rules are hereby formulated.2.保障措施Supporting Measures

2.1.船员部是负责船员身体健康保障的主管部门。

证执行有关工作小时和休息时间的规定。

The duty schedule should be posted on visible place.The crew working hours and rest time should be recorded on board to ensure implement of relevant working hours and rest time.2.12.严禁船员酗酒，值班人员在值班前4小时内禁止喝酒，其值班期间血液中酒精含量

（BAC）不得超过0.08％。（注：体重70－80千克的人员，血液中允许酒精总量不得

超过4.5－5.l克）

Strictly prohibit crew intemperance, the personnel on duty is prohibited within four hours before drink, whom blood alcohol concentration(BAC)during the duty time shall not exceed 0.08%.(Note: the BAC of the personnel who weight 70-80 kg shall not exceed 4.5-5.1 g.)

2.13.严禁船员服用可能导致不能安全值班的药物。严禁船员吸毒。

Strictly prohibit crew taken the drugs may result in unsafe duty time.Strictly prohibit crew takes drugs.2.14.为保障在船船员的身体健康，按主管机关要求，为船上配备医务书籍、医疗器械、药

品，由受过专门医务技术培训过的大副负责药品的管理和使用，每半年对药品存量及有效期进行清点，不足及失效药品及时向公司申购，并予以登记造册。船员领取的药品按有关规定执行。
