My view on environmental protection When I have a opportunity to make a choice for which place I would stay, I decide to go to the capital Beijing because of the important situation it occupy in China.However, What I find here is that it is a very difficult busine to adapt to the air of our capital.It is occur to me that we all faced with the consequence of environmental pollution.As we all know that the problem of environment is more and more serious.Though the technological advances bring great benefits, they partially offset by serious environmental costs, among which pollution, energy shortages, and growing dependence on nonrenewable resources are the most obvious.As far as I’m concerned, every one has the responsibility to protect our home.And I think the APEC in Beijing has set us a good example.Its high quality of air, water, and the “APEC blue ” has made the city take a new look.The effort are made not only by our government, but also by all people.So in our daily life, people can reduce the number of driving and take the bus instead.We’d better put the plastic bags in certain place, make the tap tight after washing… These good habits are benefit to our environment despite that they are slight.For the government, I think they are meant to work together and polluting enterprises.Protection measures are supposed to be enforced in a more aggreive way.Air is to man what water is to fish.Keeping the consciousne of protecting environment in mind is the most important if we would like to enjoy our lives longer.
