致全体员工：

To all colleagues:

节能环保，从我做起，从小事做起，从现在做起！在此，人力资源部向公司全体员工发出倡议：Energy saving and environmental protection requires us to do little things by ourselves from now on!HR Department proposes the following for the staff by:

一、节约每一度电：

1.Saving electricity1、自然光照较好时，尽量少使用照明灯具，充分利用自然光源；

(1).Please use natural light as much as poible;

2、每天下班时关闭电脑、电灯、空调等其他电器；

(2).Please turn off computers, lights, air-conditioners and other electrical equipments when you are off everyday.3、气温在16度以上、28度以下时，请不使用空调，多开窗利用自然风调节室内温度；当需开启空调时，请关闭门窗及换气扇，避免空调及门窗同时开启。

(3).Please open windows to adjust temperature, instead of using air-conditioners except temperature is between 16 to 28 degrees;close all windows, doors and extractor fans when there is a need to turn on air-conditioners.Avoid using natural wind and air-conditioners at the same time.二、节约每一份办公用品

2.Saving office supplies1、充分利用网络资源传递文件，节约每一张纸；

(1).Take advantage of internet delivering system，save every piece of paper;

2、内部流通文件请使用回收纸；

(2).Internal documents requested to use recycled paper;

3、请自带水杯，节约一次性纸杯。

(3).Please use your own cups, no paper-cup-abusing.三、节约每一滴水
