如今，政府、商用和民用的新型建筑要求能够防火、防洪、抵御自然灾害、防范恐怖袭击、提高能源使用效率、减少对环境的不良影
响，还要求能够更便捷地接入信息通讯网络，并充分考虑老年人或残疾人使用的便利性。
