Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to expre my diatisfaction about the bad delivery service of your company, and I will really appreciate your willingne to make up for the lo.Because of our inventory shortage, we ordered thirty computers of the Lenovo Y470—IFI, from Pacific Digital Corp in Guangzhou, which is one of your partners in expre busine.After we paid the money on 20 March, 2012, the Pacific Digital immediately sent out the goods using Swift & Safe Expre, and they aured us that if everything went well, the goods would arrive at our branch office in three days at most.But it turned out that you spent fifteen days in delivering them.During the fifteen days when we were waiting for the computers to come, we tried to contact you to find out the reason for the delay.We searched on your website, using the delivery order number to track the shipment, but there were not any information concerning it.And we called your customer service number, but it didn’t provide an exact answer either.What’s more, when the computers finally arrived after a delay for half a month, two Of the packages didn’t seem to be in good shape and there were signs of visible damage on them.It’s evident that the damage is caused by unduly rough handling.I sincerely regret having to write this letter, but I demand a claim for the delay and the damaged goods.Firstly, during the time when the computers were on their way, there were no such computers in our store to sell, which caused us a considerate lo since the Y470---IFI were the best-selling type of computers.Second, the two damaged ones are still in our shop and there seems to be little chance that they could be sold, which means that we may lose 7,000 RMB(we paid 3,500 RMB for each when we bought them).A Letter of Complaint

I’m sure you will understand that this iue has caused us a lot of trouble and much expense, and we are anxious to have it settled as soon as poible.On our part, we think that 10,000 RMB would be a reasonable sum of compensation.And if you have any other suggestion, please call us at 027---87151544 during 9:00----19:00.I trust that we can solve this problem quickly and amicably.But if we do not hear from you or get a call from you within seven days, we will have no option but to consider legal action.I look forward to your reply, and your agreement to the suggested course of action will be appreciated.Yours sincerely,Linda Smith Purchasing Manager
