Now people are into various “green products”,and are willingly to buy the green products even with higher price.So this time we are going to lay out an orchard make use of the existing farm , in which our customers can pick the fruit and grow vegetables by themselves.We promise to help them to take care of the vegetables in totally pollution-free way after they leave, and they can come here anytime to have the chemical-free vegetables.Considering that HF has amusement club like Wendu WaterCity(图片）where customers can swim,enjoy the hot springs ,and ski.TaiWei golf club, the Honglou Island（图片）and Pingxiwangfu with cultural and historical background.We plan to connect them together by strategic cooperating.So that we can save a great amount of investment as well as make our resort more attractive.What's more, restaurants in HF are not good or distinctive enough,so we will build a big restaurant to provide our customers and residents in HF with a good dinner environment.Secondly ,I am to show you that our resort will have great market.According to our survey, residents in HF especially Tiantongyuan are White collar at an average age of 30, they are willing and able to relax themselves and have entertainment at the same time they are the generation that pay more and more attention to health life.So our resort will be a perfect choice for them.The resort will also attract a lot of customers as long as we do good advertising and publicity, in which we are going to highlight the historical background of Pingxi Fu,for example, Emperor Kangxi abating Prince ,which is closed to Red background, and our green services.The recently hit TV series XJSQJ(夏家三千金）and The Dream of the Red Chamber raise the heat discuion of the Red Island，which will be a good publicity stunt.In the aspect of publicity,we have already contacted several popular stars, if this project is paed, we can devote to ad at once.
