Nowadays there is lots of researches reveal that the conflicts between man and nature have become sharper than ever before.Just as the irreconcilable conflict between sailors and Moby Dick in the Moby Dick.Recent years, there are more and more nature disasters.Environmentalists are predicting that nearly one-third of the plant and animal habitats in the world will be significantly altered by global warming.The ice cores, which were taken from the glacier four miles above sea level on the Tibet plateau, showed a record of at least eight major droughts.They caused by a failure of the South Asian monsoon, the worst od which was a seven-year dry spell which killed more than 600,000 people.At the same time, the research exposed that man created nearly 6 hundred million tons of trash and nearly one hundred million tons of harmful trash.Is it really irreconcilable? What’s the result of that? Maybe it will the same as the ending of Moby Dick.Some people think human beings don’t have the responsibility.But others think it man who makes nature to pay us back.In the final analysis, I think its human nature leads to this.Key words

Anthropocentric ecological theory thinks that man’s benefit should be put on the top of all the things when it comes to man and nature, man and ecological environment.I think the saying is a kind of excuse for man’s selfishne.Huabo summarizes this theory, This is a kind of theory which comes into being for man to safeguard their benefits from nature.In the relation between man and nature, man is on the subject stage and nature is on the object stage.This means man can use his power and science to reform nature to protect his rights.Anthropocentric ecological theory is a microcosm of man’s selfishne.Although some says we should protect nature for the sake of our interests, it’s for the sake of our interests.Their purpose comes down to themselves.And when there is a person is selfishne, he will be reprehended.How about human beings? In fact based on individualism, man keeps on destroying nature with little protection.It seems reasonable, because man is superior to nature.And for a man, he can be superior to everyone.For this kind of selfishne, man can do everything as long as it’s good for himself.So it ok for him to pour sewage into river, because he doesn’t live in here, because the place he lives is a town without pollution.For this kind of selfishne, he doesn’t care whether the climate has become more changeable, because as long as he earns enough money, he can live in a place with air condition.Because he is superior to anything and any one, his interest is the most important thing.Greedine Gandhi once said, nature can satisfy man’s need, but man still cannot be fed to the full.In Greed: the Attitude, Motivation and Decision-Making, it says, Greedine is an aspect of human nature.It contains spiritual greedine and material greedine.For spiritual greedine, it is the fierce desire.For material greedine, no matter for foods or money, it’s the expreion of the demon of greed and diatisfaction.In Moby Dick captain’s desire is to kill Moby Dick, it is a kind of strong desire to take revenge.He ventured on the sea again and again, which still couldn’t satisfy him.They were all out sea, but it couldn’t stop his greedine, until they all dead.It seems similar to this story;there are many natural disasters since primitive times, volcano eruption, earthquake, flood and so on.As we know just because of wide volcano eruption, dinosaurs dead out.Also nowadays, there are lots of disasters can’t be predicted, millions of people dead of them.But who should be condemned?

There are more and more babies are born.The current world population is counted at 6.1 billion.Previous demographic studies by the United Nations had projected a population of 9.32 billion by the 2-50, with no decline in growth.How can earth feed such a large number of people? How can man feed himself? The only way is asker for more, to produce more.But this no end of this kind of need.People keep on growing and growing.They build house everywhere.They dig out every coal mine from deep ground.They burn everything they can get.They do everything they can do to make money for living.Here we go, for the better part of a decade, global climate changes intensively.Because of carbon dioxide, global climate has become either too hot in summer, or too cold in winter.It has become either too much droughts, or too much floods.Even earthquake happens more frequently than ever before as a result of too much huge man-made holes under the ground.But still, man can’t stop destroying nature, because they never can be satisfied.They always think I’ll stop when I get enough.But there is no enough.There have been never, ever, enough.It is both in mental and material.Conclusion In conclusion, I strongly believe it’s human beings nature makes conflict between man and nature more intensive.Though there are many aspects, I think selfishne and greedine are the main points.Unle it’s human nature, it is hard to change.But still we can try our best to do better, to protect our nature.We should be more indebted for all the things nature has given us.We should be aware of the equality of all the life and existence.By doing these, man can value life, value things, value nature.Then I believe more and more people will ashamed for what they have done to nature.They can protect nature well.Through great efforts, the conflict between man and nature can be relaxing.参考文献及网址
