【摘要】 目的探讨动物致人体损伤的法医临床学特点。方法对1990～2002年间四川i大学法医学院法医活体

检验动物致人损伤案例进行统计分析。结果 男性12例，女性7例，年龄3～65岁，平均25岁；损伤方式：狗咬、抓伤10

例，鸡啄伤3例，羊咬伤2例，马蹄伤1例，猫抓伤1例，猴抓伤1例，熊猫抓伤1例；发生地点：仓库5例，路边4例，庭院

4例，商店2例，餐馆1例，草场1例，野外1例，熊猫基地1例；损伤部位：小腿4例，眼部4例，大腿3例，臀部2例，面部

3例，手指1例，睾丸1例，头、背及肢体复合1例；伤残等级：5级1例，7级3例，9级2例，10级2例，余l1例未达伤残程

度。结论 提出加强对动物管理的规范化及少年儿童防犯意识教育。

1【abstract】objective to explore the forensic clinic characteristic of injury caused by animals．methods we an—

alyzed 19 cases injured by animals；all cases were aeed at the school of forensic medicine from 1990 to 2002． resultscases are male，the other 7 are female．the age varies from 3 to 65 years old；the average age was 25 years old．ten cases

were attacked by dogs，and three by cocks，two by goats．th e rest four attacked by horse，panda，monkey and cat respectively．

five attacks occurred in warehouse，four on road，four in yard，two in store．th e rest four occured in restaurant，pasture，open

country and zoo．the injury distributed on the calf,eye，thigh，buttocks，face，finger and testis．the compound i~uries were

also observed． conclusion it is important to standardize the statute and laws about feeding pets and protect young person

from such a kind of injury．

动物致伤人体在法医实践中常见．损伤类型和致

伤机制多样，损伤特点各异。致伤动物种类从昆虫、食草动物到食肉动物。鉴于国内报道多为个案报告，尚未见系统的追踪报告．本文复习有关文献．结合19

例动物致伤的案例进行分析，对动物致伤的特点及相

关问题进行讨论，同时与国外报道的情况进行比较。

资料和方法

一、资料来源

本组资料来源于1990-2002年间在四jii大学华

西法医学院进行法医临床学鉴定案例。每1例均有完

整病历记录．部分案例有半年至1年以上追踪观察病

历材料。

二、选择研究对象的纳入、排除标准

(一)纳入标准

1．动物致伤并需做伤残鉴定；2．完整诊疗记录。

f二)排出标准

由于人食用动物源性食品(如吃河豚、鱼胆等)造成中

毒等损伤不列入研究范围。

本组资料中男性12例．女性7例：年龄分步：0～

10岁6例，l1～20岁5例．21～30岁3例
