【中文摘要】本文的研究是通过对北京市部分高校校运会的举办现状和开展中存在的问题进行了解研究,找出一套具有借鉴和参考价值的发展对策,有利于丰富高校校园体育文化,有助于北京各高校校运动会的开展与发展,为北京高校校运动会的改革提供理论参考。本文通过文献资料法、现场观察法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法和分析法等方法,对北京部分高校传统田径运动会的举办现状进行分析和研究,找出校运动会在举办过程中存在的问题,寻求相应对策。通过调查研究发现,在高校校运动会举办过程中存在的主要问题是:
1、校领导对校运动会的开展重视不足,影响校运动会的改革与发展;
2、运动会举办时间跨度不合理,多校区办学一个校区比赛,使参赛人数受限制,不符合人人参与的原则;
3、比赛项选择存在困扰;
4、体育特长生的同场竞技,比赛规则的参照,学生裁判员的执法水平,使运动会的比赛存在不公平性;
5、校园体育文化氛围建设不足,校运动会的举办对学生课外体育锻炼习惯的养成意义不大;
6、经费来源渠道狭窄,影响校运动会规模和开展。对高校传统田径运动会存在问题进行改革的对策主要是:
1、大力提倡集健身、娱乐、竞技、知识为一体的体育节;
2、校领导要给予足够重视,对校运动会的开展给予大力的扶助和支持;
3、体育节的组织筹备多元化,最大限度调动学生参与;
4、根据当代大学生特点,选择激发学生参与兴趣和积极性的比赛项目;
5、增设健身、娱乐和群体项目,培养学生团结协作能力和集体主义精神;
6、改进评分和奖励机制,为各院系间的公平竞争提供公正的平台,争取
做到人人平等。
【英文摘要】The purpose of this study lies in the research analysis to the Beijing part colleges and universitis’traditional track and field games current held situation, discovers the problems which in the reform proce exists and finds out a valuable reference countermeasure of develop.In favor of enriching university campus PE culture life, it’s helpful to the development and progre of the various universities school games.Provides the theory reference for the Beijng colleges and universities school games’reform.By using the method of questionnaire survey procedure, expert interview, literature material, statistic and analysis and so on, research and analyse the Beijing various universities traditional track and field games, find out the problems which exists in the school games reforms proce, seeks the countermeasures.The primary problems which exists through the investigation and study analysis discovery reform proce in includes:1st, Beijing part colleges and universitis’leaders don’t attach enough importance to develop the school games.It affects the reformation and development of the school games;2nd,holds the time to arrange is unreasonable, multi-compus universities just hold the school games in one of
them, the participative population is restricted, does not conform to acvocate being valued in the participation principle;3rd,movement projects’choices exist puzzle;4th,sports students in the play together, the reference rules of the game, the students level of law enforcement referees to make the Games there is unfair competition.5th,construction of the campus atmosphere of sports culture is lacked, hold school games is little significance for developing the habit of the students’extracurricular physical activity;6th,narrow channels of funding sources affect the size and carry out school games.The main reform measures on problems of Beijing various universities traditional track and field games is: 1st, advocated set fitne, entertainment, sports, knowledge as one of the Sports Festival;2nd,school leaders should pay enough attention to the conduct of the school games, the aistance and support be given to strong.3rd,preparatory diversified sports section, the maximum mobilization of more students to participate;4th,according to characteristics of contenmporary college students, select the game items which students to participate in stimulating interest and enthusiasm;5th,add fitne,entertainment and group projects, train students’abilities of solidarity and collaboration, train them
