创业课的感想

这个学期有幸选上了老师的校友成功录：经典创业案例。在接下来的几堂课上老师为我们讲述了自己的亲身创业经历。非常吸引人！
老师告诉我们在2000年初那时候，快递业处于落后状态。学校里也就只有那么一个送快递的小哥。老师每天为了自己这个像孩子一样捧大的淘宝店，用心经营，每天忙忙碌碌除了上课，就是给下单的用户打包好快递。老师的淘宝店做的是财务考试方面，考试的资料起初是用刻录，刻在光盘上。但由于刻录光盘太耗时，太费劲，效率低下，还要经常打包快递送来送去。老师于是想了一个办法，把资料放进电脑文件里传送过去。QQ有一个微盘，里面有非常大的内存，老师说他便是把资料先拷进微盘里，如果客户需要直接便把微盘里的资料发送过去。非常方便！至于客户需要的书，一开始老师是从新华书店进来了各种财务考试需要的书，但由于老师的店生意太棒，书一下子就卖完，连新华书店也被搬空了。于是老师便想了一个办法，从亚马逊上购书，亚马逊是网上最大的图书市场。老师说，网上购书快捷的便是，你购书不用先寄到你家里，再把书又寄给客户。太麻烦，可以直接写上淘宝客户的书的送货地址。让亚马逊帮你把书送到用户手里，岂不两全其美！再到后来，老师说尽管淘宝店的生意很好。但是他一个人真的很累，于是老师暂时便把店给关了。饶是如此，由于口碑好，还是不断得，会有人来咨询。老师后来把自己开淘宝店的创业经历与学生们分享了。立刻便吸引了几位得力的学生，学生们跟老师说，老师我来和您一起经营。于是学生们将老师的淘宝店开得更加得大更加得好。店铺很快改开在了天猫上。生意一直很好，学生们也一个个赚到了人生的第一桶金。
然而创业之路，必定不是一帆风顺。他们也遇到了许多困难。首先是商业模式被人复制，其他同行淘宝店的恶性竞价，广告等等之类。然而这些都不是最可怕的困难，最坎坷的一次，老师说他们辛苦经营几年下来的口碑即天猫上客户的好评，销售量全被淘宝管理层给清空了！老师和学生因为这件事，连夜赶到阿里巴巴所在的总公司，由于是晚上公司已经下班。老师和学生只能焦虑地等到天一亮便赶过去。然而经过交涉，不管怎样淘宝管理层认定了的事实是没法变的。而且记录也已经被删了，回不来了。尽管遭遇大的挫折，老师和学生依然永不言弃。
我觉得从老师讲的亲身创业经历中，学到了一种宝贵的创业精神。遇到困难，不要退缩，要想办法。如果一个人的力量不够，那么就寻求团队的力量。即使遭遇了重大的挫折，但要相信那么一句话，最坏的时候，便是好的开始。
在上完创业课，不禁联想到自己的班主任对我们讲的话，学生还是以学业为主，毕竟创业成功是少数。学生应该还是要刻苦钻研地学习。这也是有道理的，但我觉得大学生提倡创业依然是不错的选择。可以在不影响学业的基础上，开始一些尝试，和同学一起创业，人多力量大，可以减轻很多负担。不过，如果因为每天忙于做生意而荒废了学业，那么绝对是不可取的。
Nowadays there is an increasing population of graduates to study overseas,which triggered a heated discuion on whether to receive education abroad or not.Some support it because it can be considered the alternative for students with disappointing grades,studying abroad has become an scientific way to measure their academic performance and abilities.While others fret over its high tuition and the lack of pupil’s learning autonomy without supervision.As far as i’m concerned, studying overseas is not a good option.First of all, our students may find it difficult to accommodate to school lives in a completely new environment,though they have taken special claes at home for students applying to universities overseas and paed the TOEFL and SAT US admiions tests.They are likely to fail to cope with what teachers say in cla,and have difficulty in making friends with the locals.This may result in the bad impact on their academic lives and discourage them from acquiring knowledge.Some even decide to drop out after studying abroad for just several months.In addition ,students may lost themselves and degenerate into immorality for the lack of families’ company and supervision.Some of them are not able to tell right from wrong and easily get astray.Besides, the high tuition cannot guarantee the high quality of education.Because there may exist illegal agencies which recommend “Dipilma Mill” to ignorant families only for money.Finally, the safety of students in foreign countries is unsure because of terroriom and the permit of the poseion of handguns.Chinese families should’t turn blind eyes to the news about shooting.In 2013,a gunman killed 20 young children and six adults at an elementary school in NEWTON.Just 6 months ago , the tragedy in Las Vegas became the deadliest ma shooting in the history of the U.S.More than 50 people are dead.In conclusion , I think studying abroad is not good.In the decline of neatne(from time, april2,1990),norman cousins points out that sloppine has spread to all aspects of people’s life in bad dre,bad manner ,bad speech and bad human relationship.He calls for developing respect for life,and finding genuine creativity instead of a slavish conformity.Norman cousins ,at first , emphasizes the decline of neatne by using the example that blue jeans are popular among the young not in good conditon but in diheveled.Then the author shows that the unneatne is not only in clothes but also in manner and speech.Much tv violence and sex scenes will make the young foster casual attitudes to life ,which can be desensitization to everything that should produce revulsion or resistance.Therefore ,at the present era full of mindle violence and sloppings ,the author believes that an appearance of alienation is not the real fashion;he appeals to have respect for life.In reining in the test of tests(us news and world report ,march 5,2001),ben wildavsky shows a debate on whether stopping the use of satI or not.Richand atkinson, the president of the prestigious 7-campus university of california system ,inveatigates sat’s problems by taking the sat test.and then he decides to scrap the satI in uc’s future undergraduate admiions.This proposal triggered arguments nationwide on the poibility of scrapping satI.Supporter think college admiions systems based in part on cla rank can improve inequality for students who didn’t have acce to good claes and good teachers.However,the opponents believe that that axing the SAT won’t do anything to get rid of and socioeconomics gaps in achievement.In conclusion , the sat debate won’t die down anytime soon.
