Article 17 发现乙方涉嫌违规受理银行卡的行为时，甲方有权向乙方调查核实，乙方应按甲方要求及时纠正；对乙方有疑似受理伪卡、盗录信息、套现、欺诈等违法行为的，甲方有权立即暂停相关交易，确有该违法行为的，甲方有权立即终止相关交易，并向公安部门报案，并将乙方、乙方法定代表人或负责人的相关信息报送人民银行征信系统、中国银联银行卡风险信息共享系统等行业内部信息系统。
乙方连续2个月的月退单金额比率、月退单比数超过甲方根据本身业务管理需要而设定的一定数量时，甲方有权要求乙方采取整改措施；乙方连续3个月的月退单金额比率、月退单比数超过甲方根据本身业务管理需要而设定的一定数量时，或乙方连续3个季度3 consecutive quarters收单欺诈率超过甲方所在国家或地区平均值时，甲方有权对乙方采取相应措施。
