摘要

高等学校肩负着为国家培养社会主义现代化建设者和接班人的历史重任，是高素质人才的培养基地。大学生党员是高校中一批积极向上的优秀学生群体，其思想政治素质如何，直接关系到社会主义事业的成败，关系到党的事业的兴衰存亡。加强其思想教育，发挥他们在学生中的先锋模范作用，对做好学生工作，提高高校的教育质量，具有重大意义。

本文主体共分四部分。在第一部分引言中分别介绍研究背景、研究现状、研究目的意义，创新点、技术路线与研究方法和学生党员角色的二重性，其中重点部分为学生党员角色的二重性。

第二部分是对高校学生党员的思想及教育现状研究。根据调查问卷结果及相关文献资料显示，当前高校学生党员状况的主流无疑是好的，但是部分党员中存在的问题不容忽视，不但影响了学生党员群体，也影响到了整个大学生群体；各地高

校不断加强学生党员的思想教育工作，对其重视程度也不断提高，并取得了可喜的成绩。但还存在一些不足，需要进一步探索和完善。

第三部分分别从管理性因素、价值观因素、心理性因素和宏观环境因素针对学生党员思想现状中出现的先进性、创新性、利群性不足和对学生党员的教育管理等问题进行深入的原因分析。

第四部分为加强对学生党员思想教育的对策。在全面系统地总结大量专家学者的研究和对问卷调查研究结果分析的基础上，结合学生党员正处于世界观、人生观、价值观发展和形成的阶段和不同于社会党员的特殊性，针对前面的问题提出了四个可行性的应用对策。分别是如何培养学生党员的创新性、先进性、利群性及如何构建学生党员思想教育合力机制。

本文创新之处在于：一是在系统分析总结不同学者提出的各项建议和措施的基础上，进行了全面总结，同时从政治素养、社会公德和个人道德素质几个方面进行研究。二是注重于党员大学生作为普通学生和学生党员角色的二重性，既认识到党员大学生作为党员的特殊性，又认识到其作为一般学生的普通性。将双重角色结合起来进行研究，采用新的视角，并力图上升到一个新的高度，得出了相关应用对策。
