千年发展目标

The Millennium Development Goals(MDGs)are eight international development goals that 189 United Nations member states and at least 23 international organizations have agreed to achieve by the year 2015.They include halving extreme poverty, reducing child mortality rates, fighting disease epidemics such as AIDS, and developing a global partnership for development.千年发展目标（MDGs）是由189个联合国成员国和至少23个国际组织共同制定的于2015年之前完成的国际发展目标。这些目标包括消除赤贫、降低儿童死亡率、抗击艾滋等疾病、发展全球伙伴关系等等。

BEIJING, Sept.23(Xinhua)--Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao left here Tuesday morning to attend the UN high-level meeting on the Millennium Development Goals(MDGs)scheduled on Sept.25 in New York.新华社23日北京讯——国务院总理23日上午离开北京，赴纽约参加25日举行的联合国千年发展目标高级别会议。

Wen was invited by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.He is also scheduled to attend the general debate of the 63rd seion of the UN General Aembly.应联合国秘书长潘基文邀请，温总理还将参加第63届联合国大会一般性辩论。Representatives from some 150 countries, including more than 90 heads of state or government, are expected to attend the event, which will be convened by Ban with the aim to generate further actions to reach the MDGs by 2015.包括90位各国政府首脑在内的来自150个国家的代表将出席本次大会。本次大会由潘基文召集，旨在为到2015年实现千年发展目标而采取新一步行动。

JIUQUAN, Gansu, Sept.21(Xinhua)--A panel of six Chinese astronauts arrived at Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwestern Gansu Province on Sunday, making the last-minute preparations for the country's third manned space miion.新华社21日甘肃酒泉讯——六名航天员周日抵达甘肃酒泉卫星发射中心，为中国第三次载人太空飞行做最后准备。

Taking a special flight to the remote center, three qualified spacemen and three substitutes said they had “full confidence to succefully accomplish the miion” after various trainings and tests.三名航天员和三名候补航天员乘专机抵达发射中心，表示，在接受了多次训练和试验之后，对圆满完成飞行任务充满信心。

The astronauts will pilot spacecraft Shenzhou-7 to carry out the miion during which one of them will spacewalk outside the capsule.航天员将乘坐神舟七号飞往太空，其中一名航天员将在舱外表演“太空漫步”。

The spacecraft has been planned to be launched at an appropriate time between Sept.25 and 30 after the spaceship, its carrier Long-March II-F rocket and the escape tower were vertically transferred to the launch pad on Saturday.神舟七号将于9月25日至30日间的某一时间发射。周六，神舟七号载人飞船、长征二号F运载火箭和逃逸塔组合体，已顺利垂直转运至发射区。

All the six astronauts prepared for Shenzhou-7 were once trained and tested at Jiuquan center more than two weeks ago when they had a live experience to enter the spaceship and learned the miion's whole proce in a all-ready simulation.两周前，六名航天员在酒泉发射中心进入飞船，接受了完整的全真模拟仿真飞行训练。The six spacemen now had moved to their special accommodation to be quarantined and to adjust their psychological conditions for the miion.目前，六名航天员正在接受封闭式特殊膳宿，以便为本次任务调整到最佳身体状态。

雀巢奶粉在香港检查出三聚氰胺

HONG KONG--The Center for Food Safety of Hong Kong(CFS)released the latest batch of test results of dairy products on Sunday, a sample of Nestle milk was found to contain melamine.Results available on Sunday showed that of the 65 samples, including milk, milk beverage, frozen confections, infant formula, milk powder and raw milk, 64 were free of melamine.A sample of pure milk was found to contain melamine.The product was Nestle Dairy Farm Pure Milk(Catering use only)(1L)and the level of melamine detected was 1.4 ppm.“Based on the low level detected, normal consumption will not pose major health effects.However, it is not advisable for small children to consume the milk product,” a CFS spokesman said.“We have informed the trade of the test results and asked them to stop selling and to recall the product concerned.” he added.According to the standards of the US Food and Drug Administration, the safety reference value(i.e.tolerable daily intake-TDI)for melamine is 0.63 mg per kg of body weight per day.The spokesman said it would for a 1-year-old child weighing 7.5 kg to drink around three packs(around 3.38 liters)of the product a day to have exposure reaching the TDI though the milk is usually for catering use.“Today's results include 11 samples of locally available international brands of infant formula that are not manufactured by the Chinese mainland.Together with the results announced yesterday, a total of 57 samples of this group were tested and found to be free of melamine”.“The CFS has by now more or le completed testing of locally available international brands of infant formula that are not manufactured on the Mainland,” the spokesman said.据香港星岛新闻集团最新报道，香港有传媒自行委托检测中心，验出产自黑龙江的雀巢金装助长奶粉1+(900克装)含三聚氰胺，连锁商店万宁及惠康超级市场全线停售6款来自同一产地的雀巢奶粉。另外，卫生署接67宗问题奶粉查询，其中4宗不适。

据星岛新闻集团报道称，这6款产品分别为：雀巢金装助长奶粉1+(900克装)；雀巢金装助长奶粉3+(900克装)；雀巢儿童高钙奶粉1+(900克装)；雀巢儿童高钙奶粉3+(900克装)；雀巢儿童高钙奶粉6+(900克装)和雀巢速溶奶粉(1800克装)。

惠康发言人表示，现在为非常时期，虽然官方未有测试结果，为安全起见，决定暂停发售有关产品，同时向食环署及代理商跟进。至于已经购买有关雀巢奶粉的顾客，可向任何一间惠康超市退款或转购其它产品。

万宁表示，正向生产商了解事件，市民如在万宁购买这些产品，可携同货品(未开封或已开封)及单据到任何分店退款或换货。顾客亦可致电雀巢热线21798888查询。

另外，百佳超级市场及连锁商店屈臣氏，将雀巢的婴幼儿奶粉收起。百佳表示，会停售“雀巢金装助长奶粉1+”以及“雀巢金装助长奶粉3+”两款产品。百佳发言人称，由于有关测试只验出一款产品怀疑有问题，加上属于自愿停售及回收，所以只停售两款雀巢产品，市民可携同单据及产品，到各百佳分市退款或换购其它产品。

另外，香港卫生署就大陆问题奶粉设立的热线电话，截至中午接获67宗查询，其中39宗表示子女曾饮用问题品牌奶类产品，其中4宗表示出现不适的征状。

卫生署发言人表示，该4宗个案的事主出现轻微病征，包括小便困难等。卫生署副署长谭丽芬表示，已把该4宗个案转介有关医生，但没有个案因饮用问题奶粉令肾脏受影响。

而香港出现首宗小童饮用含三聚氰胺的伊利牌高钙低脂牛奶患上肾结石情况后，有家长上午陆续带同子女前往公立医院检查，由于星期日并没有提供相关检查服务，部分家长转往私家诊所检查。
