【摘要】目的探讨大鼠脑挫伤后hif—la蛋白表达的规律。方法参照feeney，s法建立大鼠脑挫伤模型，分

别于伤后2h，6h，12h，24h，2d，3d，5d，7d，14d取脑，运用免疫组化sabc法观察hif—la蛋白的表达。结果对照组偶见

阳性反应细胞。损伤后2h，即可观察到hif—la蛋白表达。6h后表达明显增

强，24h达高峰，随后阳性反应细胞逐渐减

少，7d后仍可见少量表达，14d后恢复。表达呈弥漫性，以大脑皮层、海马、脑干最为明显，不同部位的变化趋势一致。

【abstract】objective to explore the expreion of hif—la protein in diferent time after cerebral contusion(cc)．

methods based on feeney’s model of cc and took the samples at 2h，6h，12h，24h，2d，3d，5d，7d，14d after brain injury．the

expreion of hif—la protein was observed by immunohistochemical sabc and image analysis techniques． results the

expreion of hif-la protein could be detected at 2h after injury，increased at 6h and peaked at 24h．positive cells de—

creased with the prolongation of injury time．little expreion was found at 7d． the control group and the 14d group

showed negative staining．the expreion of hif—la protein was found in wide range but significant in cortex，hippocampus

and brain stem．the changing tendency of diferent areas was same．conclusion expreion of hif—la protein is corre—

lated with post-traumatic intervals after cc in rats，suggesting that the expreion of hif-let may be served as the mark—

ers for timing of cc in forensic practice．
