1． HCC超大容量电容器安装前的准备工作在安装使用合众汇能超大容量电容器之前，需要考虑如下问题：
● 对超大容量电容器的能量和功率要求
● 对电容器的电容、电压和等效串联电阻的要求● 应用环境对电容器的尺寸要求
● 应用环境对电容器的重量要求
● 电容器电极端子的位置
● 合适的端子连接线类型
● 合适的电极端子扭据
本公司产品手册第一章列举了各型号HCC超大容量电容器的某些关键性能数据，请参考这些数据来选择符合您要求的超大容量电容器
2． HCC超大容量电容器安装注意事项
（1）安装电容器时，两电容器单体之间必须确保有2－5毫米的孔隙
（2）摆放电容器时，电容器电极端子方向应垂直向上或水平放置
（3）安装超大容量电容器组需要特别注意，因可能会产生高电压，必须由熟悉设备参数和运行状况的专业人员才可进行该项操
作。
（4）串联联接超大容量电容器组时，应将一只电容器一侧的正极与相邻电容器另一侧的负极相连，并依照该方法将多个电容器串联联接起来并在同一个电容器的正负极之间加装保护电路。
（5）并联联接超大容量电容器组时，将一只电容器一侧的正极与相邻电容器同一侧的正极相连，并依照该方法将多个电容器并联联接起来并在同一个电容器的正负极之间加装保护电路。
3.HCC超大容量电容器安装程序
请按照如下程序安装HCC超大容量电容器
（1）安装超大容量电容器之前，拧掉电容器电极端子上的螺栓
（2）将电容器放置在预先准备好的支架和托槽上并固定
（3）相应电极端子之间放置并紧固安装电极连接片
（4）安装电容器辅助保护电路
（5）完成上述操作后将操作（1）拧下的螺栓重新安装在电极端子上
（6）用测力矩扳手将螺栓拧紧直至力矩为（6＋/-0.5牛顿米），但注意螺栓拧的过紧可能导致电极端子或电容器顶盖的损坏。
