目的／Objective

透过实地考察，了解珠三角企业如何管理和监控在生产过程中所排放的空气污染物，并以此作为实例，鼓励其他企业效法。

溢达集团／Esquel Group

溢达集团每年生产6千万件纯棉衬衫，为确保稳定的电力及蒸汽供应以应付大量生产，溢达在位于广东高明的生产基地兴建燃煤发电厂，采用静电除尘器、烟气脱硫等废气排放控制措施，减少二氧化硫和颗粒物的排放，并采用连续性排放监测系统，监测发电厂的空气污染物排放量。在生产过程中，溢达采用旋风式分离器，并在各车间安装抽气系统，清除纺织品制造过程中所释放的微细纤维和棉花灰尘。

Esquel Group produces 60 million pure cotton shirts every year.To ensure reliability of electricity and steam supply for such a high annual production, Esquel has built its own coal-fired power plant near the production base in Gaoming, Guangdong.Electrostatic precipitator and flue gas desulphurization are used at the plant to reduce emiions of sulphur dioxide and particulate matter, and the level of air emiions are monitored with a continuous emiion monitoring system.To remove fine fibres and cotton dust released by production proce, cyclone and air extraction system are used in the production lines.三月二十一日暂定行程／Tentative Itinerary on 21 March 2007 08:20-11:10 在中港城乘搭渡轮前往高明

16:00-19:00 乘搭旅游车离开高明，前往深圳皇岗

Depart Gaoming for Huangguan(Shenzhen)via coach
