本课重点学习water milk juice coke coffee tea 这些单词,并要求学生能根据指令做相应的动作。难点是在使用就餐语言时的用语。回顾本节课的教学活动,有许多值得反思的地方。
一、兴趣培养,快乐学习
三年级的学生,我接班也就两个月的时间。处在学习的初始阶段,我在平时的教学中就非常注重培养学生的学习兴趣。因此在设计本课的教学活动时我还是延续了这一特点。这就要求我们采用灵活多样的教学法,激发学生的学习兴趣,充分调动他们学习的积极性。所以本节课的开始部分安排了一个热身运动,由热身达到暖和身体,从而感到口渴喝水引出water这个单词,激发了学生学习的积极性,然后让学生也喝水说英语,鼓励他们开口说英语。
二、习惯培养,扎实基础
良好的习惯是保证一切有效学习的前提。特别是三年级是英语学习初始阶段,良好的英语学习习惯才能对学生的后续学习形成正面的推动作用,使学生的后续学习事半功倍。而听、说及初步运用语言的习惯是三年级学生学习的重点。Water tea coffee这三个单词是本单元的一个重点也是一个难点,所以在教学中我采用了不同的教学方法,教学tea,我让学生进行品尝,从而区分water和tea并渗透Taste the tea.教学coffee,我让学生闻一闻,并渗透smell the coffee这一系列的活动安排即避免了枯燥的单词认读,又能吸引学生的注意力,培养学生的观察能力为下一步的教学做了准备。
另外在复习单词的发音,我还设计了看口型说单词的活动。因为英语中存在着许多的清辅音,这些发音学生在学习的时候如果不看着教师的话很可能就会因为听不到声音而忽略了。因此让学生在学单词时看教师的口型是非常重要的。长期的训练可以让学生养成良好的发音习惯,使以后的学习事半功倍。故而我设计这一活动,让学生在静悄悄的氛围下,静下心来观察教师的口型,纠正自己的发音。本课时的教学让我更深的认识到教学过程是一个师生交流和沟通的互动过程。它既不是教师任意、刻意灌输的过程,也不是学生学习复制、被迫接受知识的过程。它是学生生动活泼的生活,是师生共同发现和体验的过程,师生情感上的水乳交融是这种过程的基本体现。在这里教师不是一个居高临下的长者,不是“传道、授业、解惑”的智者,教师是一个普通的学生学习的设计者、辅导者、参与者。在这样的教学活动中,不只是学生,教师也同样会获得愉快的体验。
当然在本堂课中也存在着许多不足,个别单词的发音不够到位,有个别学生仍不能准确读出,以致于练习、运用环节个别学生感觉有难度。这些会在以后的工作中加以改进。
