一、The summary of Nepal senior police officer exchange meeting In this semester, our College held a meeting of Nepal senior police officer exchange meeting, in the Meeting, two parties made a discuion that the core responsibilities of Nepal police are similar to ours, which are to ensure social security, to maintain the order of the pubic, to prevent and reduce crime, to protect people’s lives and the safety of property, to investigate the criminal activities and so on.We have intuitive feelings about the system of Nepal police after we know the proportion of the institutional settings((including Administrative Affairs, Criminal Investigation Bureau, the Bureau of Human Resources, logistics office, busine office).In addition, Nepal Nepal senior police officers described the operation of police, we learned that under the e existing system of Nepal police, police activities work more efficiently, they can maintain the social order and protect the human rights through training effectively and fully mobilize all social resources.The most thought-provoking part in the Nepal Police system is the effective communication mechanism between organization.Their police organization tends to be flattening and refine,what’s more they establish specialized coordination department in order to respond to the serious or unexpected event.Their police activities is bound to bring effective based on the organization which is effective integrated.Nepal police mechanism can provide us a path for the reform of the police system in China.In this exchange meeting, our teachers introduced some policing questions to senior police officers in Nepal, they made detailed answers.Mutual interaction exercise our level of spoken English , some students afraid to expre in English at the meeting, Mi Zhou encouraged us to communicate audaciously, which benefit us so much.It need bold practice to exercise spoken English, don’t be afraid to make mistakes.To create a good atmosphere for learning spoken English in the exchange meeting, the students who has higher level in spoken English will drive other eager students and exert their subjective initiative.In this way ,we have the motive to practice oral English and form a virtuous circle.Schools or departments organize the foreign exchange meeting often , more and more students are aware of the importance of learning English, so that they can improve their English ability and level.The meeting exert influence on both microscopic and macroscopical respect.On one hand, the meeting enrich the theory of the public security management, enhance our understanding about the policing system.Both parties can adopt partner’s strong points while overcoming own weak points through the comparative analysis.On the other hand, the meeting lay the foundation of the friendship on policing ,and play a role in promoting the development of police work mutually.二、Experience of international police Forum Recently, the international police forum was held in our school for four days, it’s theme is the construction of the police team, such as the promotion of police performance, the police training, the police training in the media era, the police emergency department, etc.The two topics which I interested most is as follows: The First is the method of police protection in modern policing, which is given by Booker Vika Danuta who is vice president in Poland National Police Institute.we should pay more attention to the police's life safety, while we pay attention to social security and national security.To improve the police's law enforcement level and self-protection ability, we should lay emphasis on ways and mechanism to protect police from the legal system, protect measures, the quality of the police themselves.Only in this way, can the occupation safety of police be risked to a minimum.In the modern policing, the main reason of the influence of the police’s security and interests are as follows: Firstly, a large part of citizens has relatively weak concept of law and consciousne;Secondly, legislation is fall behind;Thirdly, the deterrent effect of police as a dictatorship is weaken;Fourthly, the use of police equipment is backward and the management ruler is too rigorous;Fifthly the lack of a good social environment and harmonious relationship between the police and the people;Sixthly the lack of strict and reasonable training ,the anti-violence skill is low.According to the reasons , we can enhance police protect ability in the following ways: Firstly, to enhance the enemy awarene and self-protection awarene.Secondly, strengthen physical power, profeional skills and tactics, service training, and improve combat capability.Thirdly, to realize the modernization of police weapons and equipment as soon as poible.Fourthly, manage and use firearms scientificly.Fifthly, improve and perfect the interests protection mechanism of police law enforcement.Sixthly, perfect the legislation, to increase efforts to punish the aaulting case.The second is the exploration and reflection of the path to enhance the police profeional ability, which is given by Zhou Aiming ,who is deputy director of the Public Security Bureau of the Political Department in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province.The public security organ is a criminal justice and administrative law enforcement team with the nature of the armed forces,.Not only should police have the basic conditions required for national civil servants, but also have the unique profeional qualifications, profeional skills, quality and ability when they perform their duties.First of all, we should fully understand the significance of the improvement of the profeional ability of the police on the basis of locate the connotation and extension of the profeional ability of public security police precisely.Scecondly, to feel the urgency of improving the profeional ability of the police on the basis of the present situation of public security police profeional ability.Last but not the least, to select the correct way to improve the profeional ablilty of the police.There are three methods :firstly, to build the overall structure.Sceondly, to establish a modern training mechanism.Thirdly, to strengthen the aement of profeional ability.Thanks for the wonderful report that has brought us, but also for the teachers and students who has organized these academic activities.三、The summary of the seminar on senior Egyptian police officers This semester, I have the honor to hear an Egyptian senior police officer seminar, the main content of the seminar is to analyze the police system in China and Egypt.Through this seminar ,I have a deeper understanding of the police system and mechanism of Egypt.First of all, the senior Egyptian police given an account of the Egyptian police system in Egypt.Before independence, the Egyptian police system been affected by Turkey and France a lot.The Egyptian police management institutions are highly centralized since the declaration of independence in 1922 years.The structural establishment consists of Public Security Bureau, Financial Bureau of criminal investigation, the drug enforcement administration and so on.All the police are only belong to the Ministry of internal affairs after the succe of the revolution,for a long time interior minister of Egypt was not charged by the police or security departments, just as many of the other countries.Only recently, two hard conditions is required by the interior minister candidates,which is needed for local citizens in Egypy or graduates from police university.The prime minister was ended in the interior minister position ,and shall not wear uniform or police rank.Secondly, the types in Egyptian police.Egypy has traffic police, police narcotics, economic investigation police, the public security police and so on ,especially a new police type grows up in recent years ,that is tourist police whom represent the characteristic of Egypt.We can see large number of police figure in Egypt's most scenic area, visitors who do not know the inside story of the condition of Egypt and Egyptian police may wander why there are so many police.Most citizens are not used to dealing with the police, but in Egypt,the police figure everywhere can give you a sense of security.Finally, Egyptian police have strong combat ability.Although the Egyptian police have low salaries and benefits and there may be some police some uncivilized law enforcement phenomenon existed,but their ability to oppose violence is beyond all doubt.Egyptian police attach great importance to combat training and in police equipment.Police officers stick in various positions wearing helmets and armed heavily.What’s more ,Egyptian police coverture themselves by pilling up sandbags in some trouble regions.From the wonderfull seminar bought by senior Egyptian police officers ,I could not help wandering that ramid and the temple are a big sight in Egypt, while the police appear to be another big sight of Egypt.
