【中文摘要】三十年的改革开放为我国的发展带来了前所未有的契机。中国的经济、政治、文化等各个方面空前发展,综合国力大幅提高,国际地位不断攀升,在国际事务中发挥的作用越来越大,同世界各国的交往更为密切和频繁,实现了宽领域多层次、全方位的交流与合作。从而我国逐渐成为国际社会关注的焦点。因此,国际社会了解中国发展及其现状的愿望不断增强。作为最具权威、最为正式的政府工作报告回顾政府前一年或五年的工作和成绩,并对来年乃至后五年工作做出总体部署,无疑是国际社会了解中国的最准确、最可靠的信息源。那么,翻译政府工作报告的作用举足轻重。因为政府工作报告的翻译质量直接影响到目标读者对源语文本的准确理解和把握。客观地说,有不少学者和译者对政府工作报告英译进行了相关研究,但不够详尽和系统。鉴于此,本论文在功能翻译理论的框架下,以2010年政府工作报告英译本为研究范本,对政府工作报告的英译进行了详细、系统的研究,试图寻求到政府工作报告及相关政治文献的最佳翻译策略和技巧,从而确保译者在翻译政治文本过程中选准策略,用好技巧,使得译文准确,通俗易懂,符合目标读者表达习惯,实现预期的表达功能。为进一步加强与深化同国际社会的交流与合作搐建桥梁,提供平台。从而...【英文摘要】The thirty-year’s reform and opening up has
