“Interest is the best teacher.” As a teacher, I know the common thing-------if I want to make my cla interesting、lively and resultable, I should make my cla go for it with great interests.But how should I do ? In this cla, I did it like this;First, I found many beautiful pictures about Tongcheng city, they were all familiar to the students, so the students could talk about them with interests easily.Second, I created a real situation.If a teacher wants his students to speak English happily, then he or she should give them a situation, because English is a kind of language.After all, communication is the most useful to learn a language, so a real situation is helpful.Third, in my cla, I paid more attention to improving the students' emotion and altitude.I hope they can get ready to help others by learning this cla.Though there are some advantages, there are also lots of disadvantages, such as my blackboard writing, some of my cla words are too long and difficult tor students.And I am not able to inspire the students' abilities.Instead, I am affected by the students easily, and so on.In the future, I will work harder, practice more, I will go on improving my own teaching abilities.“课内比教学”活动总结

本学期开学初，在全省范围内又一次掀起了“课内比教学”活动的高潮。在我校教导处的统一部署和安排下，历时四个多月，我们英语教研组全体成员始终以高昂饱满的热情积极参与了这项活动，并取得了丰硕的成果。

一、提高了思想认识水平。以前学校想让老师讲一节公开课总是很难做工作，而如今，我们都认识到了“比教学”实质上是通过“比”打破平衡，引入竞争，充分展示个人教学能力和水平，促进教师专业成长。

二、提高了教师专业水平和教学能力。我们通过“比教学”活动为载体，努力提高自身专业水平和教学能力。我们把精力集中到改进课堂教学上，加强了教师之间的业务交流与切磋，促进了教学质量的提高。

三、打造了我们英语教研组这个学习与研究的共同体。这为我们以后有效地开展教研教学活动提供了样本，积累了经验。

四、通过“比教学”活动发现问题并及时想办法解决问题，通过这次活动从思想上提高了整体认识。认识到教学方法与理念的更新势在必行，只有不断地变革才能不断进步与提高。

而且在这次活动中，我个人也做了一些工作，简单总结如下： 1.全程参与了整个过程，积极听课，评课，虚心向其他教师学习； 2.认真备课，上课，每一节课都把它当成比武课来看待，一丝不苟，精益求精。

3.积极组织和参与集体备课，充分利用团队的力量，充分整合教师资源。

尽管如此，在实际的教学活动中，还是存在着许多的不足，急待改善与提高，所以在今后的教学中，我将更加努力的钻研教材，研究学生，力争成为一名优秀的人民教师。
