XX Recruiting Day XX招聘日
Feb 18th, 2012.We hold the first recruiting event after CNY-XX Recruiting day, and made an inspiring start of the 2012 recruitment.In the recruiting day, we combined multiple recruiting channels, invited 55 qualified candidates to our plant, and released 20 offers after interviews, and gained a lot of resource in our talent pool.2012年2月18日，我们举办了农历年后 的第一场大型招聘活动——XX招聘日，为2012年的招聘拉开了鼓舞人心的序幕。在招聘日，我们结合了多种招聘渠道，邀请了50多位候选人到公司，面试后发出了20个offer，并且为我们的人才库填充了大量资源。Aiming to get more candidates and make the interviews effective, a lot of preparations were done before the Recruiting day.We advertised not only in Recruiting websites, but also on the major newspaper in CZ, which made XX brand and recruiting day well known, and attracted hundreds of resumes flying to our recruiting mailbox.We screened these resumes, and made phone interview with competitive candidates, and selected only 41 candidates to attend the activity, which ensured the high utilization ratio of both candidates’ and hiring managers’ time.An XX sponsored activity in CZ job fair was arranged in the morning of Recruiting day, candidates who paed the first interview in the job fair were invited to our plant as well.为了得到更多候选人，也为了能使面试更为高效，在招聘日之前我们做了大量准备工作。我们在招聘网站和主流报纸上登了广告，使XX品牌以及招聘日活动为人们所知，吸引了成百上千的应聘简历到我们的招聘邮箱。经过筛选，我们电话面试了那些有竞争力的候选人，只从中选取了41人到场参加活动，以保证候选人和部门经理的时间得以高效利用。在招聘日上午，我们还在C市人才市场举办了冠名招聘活动，在现场通过首轮面试的候选人也被邀请到公司参加进一步面试。
It should be noticed that two candidates we offered in the event are recommended by our employees.We have ERP(Employee Referral Program), and staffs will be rewarded for succeful referrals.值得一提的是，此次活动中录用的两位候选人是由内部员工推荐的。我们设有员工推荐项目，所有成功推荐的员工都会得到相应的奖励。
As the recruiting day is an excellent chance to promote our employer brand, the reception and arrangement that day is much important, we expected what we showed could leave our candidates good impreion.We thoughtfully arranged programs such as presentation and factory tour, and cared the details like guide indicator, drinks, cake and lunch.Shuttle bus service was provided for the candidates’ convenience, and gifted packages were released.此次招聘日也是推广XX雇主品牌的绝佳机会，因而活动的安排与接待尤其重要，我们希望给每一位候选人留下很好的映像。我们周到地安排了宣讲，参观工厂等，也注意到诸如茶饮、引导标志等细节。为了方便候选人，我们安排了班车接送，还发放了小礼物。According to the questionary survey results, the candidates were very satisfied with the activity, and gained positive understanding to XX.We acquired many talented candidates, and it’s more important that we enhanced our reputation as a profeional employer.All the hiring managers and staffs involved contributed strong support and great efforts in the event.Great team work is the key factor to lead the impreive achievement of the recruiting day.据问卷调查结果显示，候选人对这次活动感到非常满意，并且加深了对XX的了解。此次活动不仅让我们收获了人才，更为重要的是很好地提升了XX作为专业雇主品牌的声誉。所有参与到活动中的经理员工都大力配合，付出了巨大的努力。极好的团队合作是此次活动成功的关键因素。
