XX中学职业技能培训工作总结
我校根据上级工作要求，并结合我校毕业生实际情况，对应届初中毕业生进行了职业技能培训，现已结束，特总结如下：
一、领导重视统一安排
为了使毕业生在走出校门之前有一技之长，掌握一门实用技术，学校领导非常重视，由校长主抓培训工作，要求做到，有教材、有教室、有评估、有总结、有教师、有教案。
二、保证授课时数
学校安排初中毕业生参加培训。
为了保证授课时间，实行培训点名制上课。
三、保证质量
1、要求每个学生要做好学习笔记，按时交作业。
2、对参加培训的学员进行了考查。
通过评估，参加培训的毕业生成绩全部合格。
对于应届毕业生的培训我们已认识到了他的重要意义，要为学生的生存着想，为学生的今后发展着想。所以，今后我们要向培训工作搞的好的学校虚心学习，力争下年取得更优异的成绩。
