Dear friends from the Maif des Bauges Geopark.For us today is a great day because we we had yearn so long to have the chance to come here in the famous Maif des Bauges Geopark.As we planned to have a delegation to the EGN meeting in Torqay, we definitally could not mi the chance to meet our twin Geopark.The friendship and cooperation between Leye-Fengshan Geopark and the Maif des Bauges Geopark is now a long experience.The previous delegations that were able to visit you told us how to come and met you here was to them a significant experience.They warmly recomanded us to do so as an eential action to understand by ourselves the value of our twinning link.A meeting can not be told, it is something to live.We present you their kindest regards.Thank you for being kind enough to help us to go through the neceary formalities for our trip.We deeply appreciate that whenever we asked you, you answered favorably.Our wish now would be to have the opportunity to return the favor and welcome you to China.Leye-Fengshan Global geopark would be so happy to do so.Our twinning is a very important thing.He offers us by our differences the opportunity to imagine completely different solutions in the constant research of improvment that is a goal for each geopark.Of course, we live in very different contexts, we are subject to very different constraints.But we share the same objectives, those of the Global Geopark Network, development, education and protection.In 2014, an expert group has coming from the Maif des Bauges Geopark came under our twinning to conduct caving explorations in Fengshan.We often quote this joint action as a benefit of our twinning.Research is one of the key education and their discoveries enhance our knowledge on our own geo-heritage.They also have been keen at letting us know how they were sensitive to iues of protection of geological heritage at a level that can be difficult for us to perfectly control.Indeed, our two geoparks are based on karst.Leye-Fengshan Geopark have so many caves and pits, they are so big and easy to acce and visit that they are perfectly suitable to ma tourism development.But on the other hand, because of their number and their ease of acce makes it is much more difficult to protect.The Maif des Bauges Geopark's caves are not so easy to develop, but they are nearly protected by their technical difficulties.But the Maif des Bauges Geopark shelter much more different kind of tourisme resources and the way these resources have developped is something difficult for us to understand.We know that Jean Bottazzi, our expert, comes from here.He certainly drew his inspiration from these roots to achieve the popular science posters and booklet explaining our geosites to tourists and our geopark to GGN.His work has been convincing for experts GGN each of our validation steps.So for us it is another source of satisfaction to our partnership.So, what could we do now to let the Maif des Bauges Geopark get as much satisfaction from our twinning as we did ? I think this could be a good subject of discuion.And the le I can do now is to invite you again to China!You know, Leye-Fengshan Geopark is in the notrh of the Zhuang Autonomous region of Guangxi.It is really a charming area with its special culture and environment.We often say our Geopark owns the source of longevity because the rate of centenarians is awsome.Everybody can check there is no air polluting industry on our land.The climate exclude deep cold and is usually comfortable all the year.I am definitally sure you will enjoy it!

对我们来说，今天是特别有意义的一天，因为我们来到了渴望已久的著名的博日世界地质公园景区。我们已计划派代表团来Torqay参加EGN会议，我们当然不会错过这次来参观地质公园的机会。

乐业—凤山世界地质公园和博日世界地质公园景区之间的友谊和合作是源远流长。曾经访问过这里的代表团已经告知告诉我们如何到访，这对于他们来说是很重要的经验。他们热情地向我们推荐说这样做可以让我们明白我们两者之间情谊的深厚。这不是一两次会面就能体现的，它是生活中的一部分。

我们能相互合作真的很重要。这种合作关系可以让我们之间不同的机遇和文化差异为我们持续的研究发展提供不同的解决方法，而这也是每个地质公园的共同目标。当然，我们在不同的背景下，受到的限制也不一样。但是，我们有共同的目标，那就是对世界地质公园的发展，宣传教育和保护

2014年来自博日世界地质公园的专家组在我们的协调下，对凤山山区进行探索。我们经常组织这样的活动，这对加强我们的联系很有意义。研究是教育的重点之一，他们的发现使我们提高了对自己地理遗产的认识；他们也一直致力于让我们知道他们非常注重保护世界地质公园遗产，而且他们这种保护程度是我们难以达到的水平。
