Ladies and Gentlemen I have today the honor and the pleasure for the second time of representing Mr.Patrick Decavele, President and Managing Director of Brostrom Tankers SAS, +++++who’s current commitments have retained in Europe and prevented from participating in this keel laying ceremony of the Bro EDWARD, second of a hopefully long and succeful series of 37300-DWT chemical-oil tankers to be built here in JinLing Shipyard.&&&& 今天我很高兴并很荣幸地再次代表布鲁嘶通总裁和常务董事，帕翠克·戴喀沃先生，++++++他由于欧洲事务缠身而未能亲自参加在金陵船厂建造的37300-3一系列成功的化学品油船第二条Bro EDWARD的上船台仪式。
