尊敬的四德中学的各位领导，亲爱的老师和同学们：

你们好！首先我谨代表重庆第二外国语学校感谢贵校为我们提供本次交流和学习的机会，同时也感谢贵校历年来为两校的共同发展和进步所作出的贡献。

有道是“相知无远近，万里尚为邻”。新加坡作为中西合璧的成功教育模式受到各国关注，加强与新加坡著名中学的交流学习，对促进我校教育教学的发展，特别是激发学生潜能有很大的参考价值。10年来，我校和新加坡的交流已达1000多人次，和四德女中的交流已达100余人次，可以看到，两校师生交流互访活动已经成为规模化、常态化的一个通道、一座桥梁。

贵校一直以来秉承诚、毅、礼的校训，严格要求老师和学生，使学生不仅成绩优异，而且行为优雅，自2004年开始连续七年在新加坡中学等级排名中位列第一等。贵校老师把培养孩子当作最有价值的事业苦心孤意、孜孜不倦地去经营，为之付出大量时间心血汗水金钱，在所不惜！贵校学生注重学习成绩，基础扎实，同时积极参加各类课外活动，公益劳动，社会交际活动，提升能力，磨砺意志。贵校用审视全球的眼光、接纳四海宾朋的胸襟、推动世界文明进步的知识和涵养，向我们展示着新加坡人所特有的传统美德。这些都是我们本次交流所要学习的地方。

相信我们的师生在这里一定会有一个愉快而丰富的交流之旅！

希望双方的合作更加广泛与深入，友谊地久天长。

Good morning, dear teachers and students,Let me begin by thanking you, for your kind invitation and the opportunity to come to Cedar Girls' Secondary School to meet young friends and teachers, and I thank you for opening the door to our school's progre in recent years.We are delighted to be here today, the Chinese held that “friends have no

distance while they are ten thousand miles away from each other.” In the past ten years, over 1000 teachers and students have attended the exchange visits between Singapore and our school, including over 100 exchange visits between us.So we can say, the exchange visits have become a bridge for the normalization, scale extension of the communication between us

In accordance with Honesty, Perseverance, Courtesy, and with the efforts of the teachers and students, Cedar Girls' Secondary School has become one of the best schools in Singapore.Your teachers regard fostering the students as their most valuable career, your students emphasize to promote the abilities by taking an active part in different kinds of activities.And your school reveals the traditional virtue of Singapore with a global outlook, the widest breadth of mind, the knowledge and self-restraint.All of these are what we want to learn from you.I believe our teachers and students will have a pleasant exchange visit with your help.Let's pray the flower of friendship between you and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts.Thank you!
