①航空公司面试空乘服务人员的形象要求和其他报名条件：年龄一般为 18 － 23 岁，但也有的航空公司将年龄限制在 22 岁以下。
五官端正、仪表清秀、身材匀称。
女性身高 164 － 173cm，男性身高 173 － 183 cm。
口齿清楚，普通话标准。
身体裸露部位无明显疤痕。
无口臭、腑臭、皮肤病、走路无内外八字。
听力不低于 5 米。
无精神病史及慢性病史。
学历要求一般，也有航空公司无此要求。
要求流利的英文或基本的会话能力，其他小语种优先。
准备两张二寸照片和一张四寸生活照片。
填写履历表并带上学历证书和其他证明材料。
②报考人员的着装要求：应着职业装，同时不要化浓妆，应着淡妆。男性最好穿长裤。

⑥面试程序：
·到报名地点后，先交报名表，然后进行基本身体测量（身高、体重、视力）
·分组进行面试，一般 10 个人一组进入考场，每个报考人员进行简单的自我介绍（姓名、年龄），然后走出考场等候下一步的面试通知，没得到再次面试通知的人员被淘汰。
·第二次面试由考官单独面试。面试内容包括英文对话以及其他有关问题，内容比较详细。第二次面试通过后，在考场等候通知面试结果。
·有的航空公司可能还要安排第三次面试或者进行笔试的考试。
·体检，参加体检后等待体检结果。
·体检合格后一般还要进行公司有关领导参加的集体面试。面试中会对参加面试人员提出问题。大致内容和第二次基本相同，但是参加此次面试的人员会比较多，所以要求面试人员绝不能紧张，这是考验你的极好机会，是否成功可能就在此一举。
问：如何练成空姐那样标准的姿态?答：最好的办法就是背靠墙壁站立，保持5点1线，将后脑勺、肩膀、臀部、小腿肚、脚后跟紧靠在墙上，每天站10分钟。如果要加强训练，可以在头上顶一本书，双腿之间再夹一张纸。坚持20天左右，整个人的姿态就会有一个很大的提升。
问：上台接受评委目测时，该怎样表现?答：上台之后，注意自己的姿态，挺胸收腹，略微收下巴，保持微笑，目光与评委进行短暂接触，但是注意不要将目光移到评委的锁骨以下，那是大忌。如果太过紧张，不敢与评委进行眼神交流的话，可以将目光投到评委身后2-3排的群众。
问：面试前非常紧张，怎么办?答：在开始面试前，尽力将紧张情绪平复。如果过于紧张，评委看到会认定心理素质不过关，分数会降低。可以在面试前吃香蕉和巧克力，可有效舒缓情绪。
问：我该化个什么样的妆去面试?答：选择妆容应适合自己，突出优势，扬长避短。粉底要均匀，眼影颜色与服装颜色相搭配，冷色系眼影配冷色系服装，暖色系眼影配暖色系服装。假睫毛可以有，但长度不宜过于夸张。美瞳选择深色的，比如灰色黑色，切忌红色绿色等彩色镜片。
