大家晚上好！

在第15界大连国际服装节开幕之际，我谨代表大连市政府对光临服装节晚会的中外家宾表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢！对大连的父老乡亲们表示亲切的节日问候！

今晚的星海湾广场充满着节日的快乐和激情。它是我们这座城市生机与活力的象征。我相信各位来宾在这里能够感受到大连城市发展的脉搏，也体会到大连人对海外朋友的友好与热情。

祝愿大家度过一个美好的夜晚，祝愿这次服装节圆满成功！现在，请大家共同举杯，为我们的城市繁荣昌盛，人民幸福安康，干杯！
