尊敬的各位领导，各位来宾，老师们、同学们：
上午好！在全区少年儿童热烈欢庆自己节日之际，今天我们在这里隆重举行**小学教学实验楼落成典礼，这是**人民的一件大喜事，也是我们教育事业发展史上的一件盛事。值此，我代表党工委、管委会向**小学教学实验楼落成典礼表示衷心的祝贺！向全区所(内容来源好 ：)有少年儿童致以节日问候！并向慷慨捐资的**表示崇高的敬意！向所有关心支持**教育事业发展的各级领导、社会各界人士及工程建设者们表示衷心的感谢！
**成立以来，党工委、管委会紧紧围绕**的目标，在推动经济社会跨越发展的同时，始终把教育事业摆在优先发展的战略地位，按照“再穷不能穷教育、再苦不能苦孩子、再亏不能亏教师”的方针，全力加大投入，积极改善办学条件，最大限度地支教、助教、扶教，仅去年至今年一年的时间，就规划实施了总投资近XX万元的**等一系列校舍扩建和改造项目。此次，**小学教学实验楼的落成，是管理区集社会各界力量、优化教育布局、改善办学环境的又一重大成果，对于提高全区规范化学校覆盖率、加快推进教育事业又好又快发展均具有十分重要的意义。在此，我想表达三层意思：
一是感谢。在**小学实验教学楼的建设过程中，**怀着赤诚之心，各为学校慷慨解囊120万元。在此，我要再次对 1 **的无私义举表示深深的感谢！
二是希望。真诚地希望社会各界有识之士一如既往地关心、支持和帮助**的教育事业发展；希望学校励精图治，严谨办校，把**小学办成一所社会满意、人才辈出的学校；希望各位教师加强学习、诲人不倦，为社会培养更多有用之才；希望各位小朋友好好学习、天天向上，以优异的成绩回报社会。
三是祝愿。衷心祝愿**公司蒸蒸日上，红红火火！衷心祝愿各位领导、各位来宾、全体师生身体健康、万事如意！
