Distinguished teacher and dear clamates, Good morning!Before my speech, I would like to ask you some questions: Have you smiled today ? Do you often smile or not and why ? How do you feel like when someone smiles at you ?
Maybe you wonder what on earth do I refer to.Here comes my topic—Face your life with smile.When it comes to smile, we all know, it is a facial expreion and almost everything can smile, such as plants, animals, of course and human beings.The typical one of plants that can smile is certainly sunflower.It seems that whatever weather is, the sunflower can rise its head and smile at the sky.For animals, they can also smile as long as you pay more attention to their expreions.However, more than those above mentioned, how about our human beings?
But what is smile ? Why must we smile ? Smile is the sunshine that can warm you in winter;smile is a spring that can refresh you in summer;smile is a kite that can fly free in the sky.Smile is a magic power that everyone can enjoy it.Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.If you have only one smile in you, give it to the people you love.Don't be surly at home, then go out in the street and start grinning 'Good morning' at total strangers.Laughter is the shortest distance between two people.Here is a story.One day, the moment Mary opened her door after work, she saw a man holding a shining knife and staring at her with frightening eyes.A scare flashed into Mary mind but soon she calm down.Then she smiled at the man and said “Hey mate, you are so funny.Are you marketing a knife to me? But I like it.And I would like a...” Saying the words with the man, Mary invited him into her room and continue to say “You seem to be the kind person who used to be my neighbour.So nice to meet you.Do you like coffee or tea...?” All the time, Mary wore smile on he face to.Hearing what Mary said to him, the man gradually became shy and stammered“Thanks, oh, thanks” At last, Mary bought the shining knife the man held before.The strange man went away with the money.When he was about to leave the room, the man turned back and said”Madam, you will change my whole life.”
From the story, what can we learn? We learned that Mary is very smart.With her cleverne and smile, she helped herself out of danger and she also warmed the man heart.Moreover, smile is a fitne exercise.It is said that when you smile 100 times the effect on the blood circulation of the heart is equivalent to 10 minutes‟boating.Even it can lower blood preure facilitate the digestion, prevent colds and release the preure.Smile can beautify the features.In other words, laugh makes people young.Smile is the secret to have a long life.It also can help people relieve pain.We usually laugh in the easy time instead of the hard one.However, it is the tough moment that needs smiling most.You maybe heard of “the smile treatment”.It is really good to the patients.There is already enough roughne in our life, if we still drown ourselves in pain and sorrow, then we will only get more heavy blows.Only keep smiling and a positive attitude, can you find a way to solve problems calmly.There‟s nothing more beautiful than a smile that struggles through tears.Don„t cry because it is over, smile because it happened.Use your smile to change the world.Don't let the world change your smile.Let us always meet each other with smile, and try to make our world full of smile , love , understanding without quarrel and struggle.Thank you all!
