棉花糖的诱惑

最近，有一部名叫《回家的诱惑》的电视剧受到很多女孩子的追捧，女孩子同样喜欢一边吃着棉花糖一边看着《回家的诱惑》。这让我想起了一个著名的实验。
40年前，斯坦福大学心理学家米切尔曾经做了一个关于儿童耐心和意志力的棉花糖实验，他将一块棉花糖放在一群孩子的面前，说：“你现在可以有一块棉花糖吃，但你也可以不吃，等我15分钟，等我回来时如果你没有吃掉棉花糖，我会给你2块棉花糖。”当他离开后，一些孩子立刻吃掉了那块棉花糖，另一些孩子等了几分钟也吃掉了那块棉花糖，只有约三分之一的孩子等到研究人员回来，然后得到了2块棉花糖的奖赏。十几年后，研究者发现那些通过实验的孩子成年后更加成功。
在这里，棉花糖只是一种比喻。它是我们身边各种甜蜜的诱惑的统称。他可能是你手中的零食，可能是以今天新买的一件衣服，可能是你睡懒觉的一个早晨，可能是你尽情玩乐的一个夜晚，也可能是你选择的放弃之后的一种安逸。它的芳香总是吸引着我们去品尝它的甘甜。但是你有么有想过今天的一时快乐很可能在未来失去所有。抵制住棉花糖的诱惑可以让你走向成功。简单的说，如果你今天抵制住了零食的诱惑明天可能会换的一顿大餐，抵制住了某些不必要的购物冲动，未来你有可能会换来一辆轿车抵制住了睡懒觉的诱惑未来你将完
成更多计划，如果今天你抵制住了放弃的冲动，未来你可能经受得起更大的风浪。
棉花糖理论可以说是当前与未来的愿望之间取得平衡。成功依赖于你享受但不挥霍早期的成功。因为棉花糖理论并不是让你完全克制自己的欲望直到最后抱着一堆棉花糖死去，而是该享受时也不吝啬，关键是明了自己的愿望是什么以及你到底愿意享受哪块棉花糖。

Recently，there is a soup opera “the attraction of family” won many girls’ love.And girls alse like cotton candy.So the title of my speech is Theattraction ofcotton candy.a psychologist had had a test about patience and willpower of children with cotton candy.He gave one cotton candy to every children, then said “you can eat this cotton candy now however you also choose don’t eat it now, wait me 15miniter.When I come back you haven’t ate it, you will get one more cotton candy.”Some children ate the cotton candy at once ,some children ate the cotton candy a few minute later ,only one third children got tow.A dozen years latter , the researcher found the children who got tow cotton candy are more succeful when they grown-up.In here , cotton candy just a allegory.they are all kinds of
