One day when I was browsing the websites, I saw an amazing picture.This picture really gives a lot of inspiration to my speech.Please look at the screen.Do you know who they are? She is Furong JieJie.You can see how exaggerate her appearance was, but now, she has lost her weight and gain a sexy body.She says: That is the magic of yoga!So, today I am going to talk about one of the most popular sports in the world------yoga.Yoga is an ancient India exercise which has almost 5000 years of history.According to the survey of World Sports, it shows that the rate of people choose yoga as their daily exercise is still increasing, just a little bit lower than running and walking, in the third place.Now yoga sets off a craze all over the world.Why yoga is so popular? At first, yoga practicing can help us lose weight and rebuild our body.Then yoga also can help us control anxiety, reduce stre and keep inner peace.Zhang Huilan, the master of yoga, says: Yoga practicing is like sun drives away the dark.So yoga is not only good for our physical health but also good for our psychological health.What„s more, yoga is easy to learn and it suits all types of people.Even some ole people practice yoga to strengthen their body.All in all, yoga is a good exercise, but there is something we need to know.Because I had studied yoga for two semesters, but I didn‟t keep
practicing it, that‟s why I am still so fat.So when you practice yoga, you should try your best, but not hurt yourself.And practice yoga needs perseverance.Because “Rome was not built in a day” but “constant dripping wears away a stone”
