Good afternoon everyone,my topic today is Food Safty in China

First of all ,I would like to show you some pictures.Milk,the white nutritious liquid as food by human beings that secreted(分泌)by cow.But can you imagine someday that milk have no contact with cow?

In 2008, poisonous milk killed six children and sickened（使生病）thousands.Yes,the milk can be fake(伪造), for example, it was made of starches（淀粉）rather than a cow's fresh milk.the worst of all – the milk might be poisonous.The manufacturer（制造商）might have put melamine（三聚氰胺）in it to make it appear to contain more protein.Beef the same as pork from animals and have higher levels of some beneficial fats that may reduce the risk of heart disease and strengthen the immune system.But, can you distinguish pork and beef ?

This spring,an additive used to disguise pork as beef was found for sale in a Shanghai market.What a bad news for the country with more than 20 million muslims（穆斯林）.Many people love to eat eggs isn't it? Not only for it’s delicious but also because of its nutritional value ,expecially the egg yolk(蛋黄).Some manufacturers（制造商）use food coloring agents to make egg yolk appear more yellow or red.This might not cause a safety problem.But if the manufacturers add substances（物质）are not food coloring agents but industrial（工业的）coloring agents,such as tonyred，which are definitely（明确的）harmful to food safety.After sorting out the types of food risks or danger we might face, how safe is our food after all?China's food scandals（丑闻）are becoming increasingly frequent and bizarre.（奇异的）,such as Solid yoghurt made by leather, swill-cooked dirty oil

（地沟油）,watermelon to start exploding and so on.So many frequently reported scandals keep reminding us that Chinese have the strongest and toughest stomach in the world.We require food producers to label（标记）all their ingredients（配料）on their packages（包装）.But we need most is that the government can keeps strengthening its role in supervising（监督）and regulating production procees.We hope that Chinese government can enforce（强制的）the law promulgated,not always tend to kick responsibility from one to another until something goes badly wrong.
