Ambition Helps You Do Better Good morning,Ladies and gentlment.Thank you for giving me this opportunity to make a speech.My name is Gao Chao.Before my speech,I have a question,”Do you want to succe?”Ok,there is no doubt that we all want to succe,but which quality do you think is the most important to make you succe and make you better?.....For me,I think Ambition is the base and one of the most important quality.What I mean Ambition is the spirit that you believe you can and try your best to do better.So today,I will share a speech about”Ambition helps you do better”.You may wonder why I think Ambition is the most important quality.I want to tell you a story first.When I was young,I was too shy to talk with others,especially talking with girls.Because I didn’t know how to talk and what to talk with them.You can imagine how terrible my ability of communication is!When I talked in front of cla and was asked to answer question,I was so nervous that my mind has gone blank.So,I was gradually afraid to do this things and have no confidence.However,one day I read an article,named ”You Can”,which told me that all of us were the same,Since others can,why you can’t.After reading this article,I was shocked by the famous word”He is a bad solider who doesn’t dream of becoming a general”which was said by Napoleon.This sentence was a bolt from the blue sky and deeply shocked my heart.I thought for a long time and made determination to change myself.Since then,I seized every chance to change myself,to try my best to improve the ability in all aspect.Because I deeply believe that I can do best like others.Just like today,we all know that my pronunciation is not good,but I dare to speak and try my best to improve it.What I focus on is wheather I make progre rather than what others may think.There is a famous proverb”If you do it,you may be succeful,but if you not,you will never succeed’.That is the Ambition determine wheather you do or not,determine wheather you are better or not.In future work,Ambition is also the most important quality that can help you to adapt to society and work easier.More and more companies value more on the stuff who have Ambition.Not only do they have good efficience,but also they can influence each other.Once you have an Ambition,you may not surrender to the reality and not indulge in the existing achievement,while you may try your best to do better,to improve youself.In conclusion,what I want to say is just to want you to have an Ambition.No matter what condition you are in,no matter what others say,you just believe you can do better as others do.When you do that,one day you will be better.Ladies and gentlment,just to have an Ambition,to believe youself,to do it,Please believe you can.Thank you!
