儿童英语演讲比赛 2010年12月30日北京儿童医院第六届英语演讲比赛圆满成功，护理部刘丽丽及特需门诊的王欢经过激烈的角逐，进入到了决赛环节。

本次比赛围绕《医院就是我的家》的主题，各位选手进行了精彩的演讲展示。比赛当天，赛场气氛热烈，每位选手的拉拉队也是异彩纷呈、各尽其能。比赛期间，还安排了趣味性很强的小游戏，让每位观赛的人也积极参与其中。

经过评委的仔细斟酌，评选出一等奖一名，二等奖两名，三等奖三名。护理部刘丽丽获得三等奖。

二、活动背景： “中国梦”是中华民族的复兴之梦,是十三亿中华儿女共同拥有的伟大梦想。作为一名中国青年，我们都有自己心中的“中国梦”，在梦中融入自己的理想，激情与执着，用双手书写我们的构想，用青春歌颂我们的未来，用“青春梦”托起“中国梦”。转眼间，检验医学院走过了30年的风雨。从成立到发展，检验医学院的每一步都凝聚着每个检验人的心血，也是检验医学院见证了我们的成长。在院庆30周年到来之际，让我们用自己的方式表达对她的感恩与思索。

三、活动目的：

本次英语演讲比赛的顺利开展，可以丰富我学办同学的校园文化生活，增强大学生的爱国情怀，进一步提高大学生个人道德水平修养，在校内先行，弘扬中国梦想。与此同时，坚定对自己的专业的认识与感悟，思索自己的未来。在此期间，同学们能够大胆表达自己的想法，从中锻炼自己的英语口语应用及表达能力，培养正确的人生观和价值观。

七、活动内容

命题演讲（两个主题任选其一）： 1 dream of china dream of the youth 2 laboratory medicine of chongqing medical uniwersity and i ? 活动前期 1.班级内评选

（1）在每个班中先选出参赛选手，要求参赛选手具有较高的英语应用能力和表达能力以及演讲风范，在两个主题间任选其一进行演讲，演讲时间不得超过3分钟，演讲稿自行准备，要求紧紧围绕主题，必须原创，不得抄袭。并以此为契机，在班级强调英语学习的重要性，鼓励大家积极学习英语。2.团总支学生会

（1）宣传：比赛倡议书发至各班，要求班长支书在班上积极动员。宣传部出一张宣传海报。

（2）根据主持人公开选拔选出两名主持人主持当日活动（3）提前借好教室，并通知各个班长支书比赛的时间和地点，确定好活动嘉宾及评委。（4）主持人串词审核，各演讲选手赛前彩排并抽签决定比赛先后顺序。（5）ppt备份，最终演讲稿备份，评分表制定，（6）礼仪准备、奖品和奖状的准备，布置好教室及ppt拷贝。? 活动当天 1.主持人致开幕词并且介绍到场的评委、嘉宾。2.主持人介绍比赛的规则评分细则。3.比赛开始，选手根据比赛前的抽签顺序进行比赛，中间穿插一支英文歌曲表演。4.待所有的选手演讲完后，工作人员统分。5.评委点评，嘉宾上台宣布比赛结果。6.嘉宾为获奖同学颁奖并合影留念。7.主持人宣布比赛结束，观众有序离场 8.附一院实习生面试。? 活动细节

1.活动过程中编辑部负责拍照 2.评委成员：院方嘉宾、学院领导及8名大众评审。3.素拓部负责计时、计分。其中一名计时员负责卡表时间（从演讲选手在电脑上打开ppt开始计时），另一名计时员则在用时为三分钟的时候举牌提示选手注意把握时间。在每一位选手报告完毕下台后，其中一名计分员负责将所有评委的评分表依次收集，交给另外两名计分员，由这两名计分人员计算出该选手的语言表达能力得分、作品（ppt或其他）得分以及综合得分（二者之和）。4.评分标准：各评委将对每一位选手作出语言表达能力得分、作品（ppt或其他）得分的评估，其中语言表达能力、作品均为10分制，评委的每一项的分必须精确到0.01，例如：xx选手的语言表达能力得分为：9.23分，作品得分为：9.46分 5.计分原则：去掉一个最高分，去掉一个最低分，算出选手的最终平均得分，其中语言表达能力占60%，作品得分占40%。计算公式如下：选手最终得分= ?所有评委作品得分之和-最高分-最低分

八、注意事项： 1.各参赛学生仔细阅读本次演讲比赛的方案，熟悉有关赛程安排。2.每位选手自制一页ppt作为背景，每人严格将时间控制在3分钟以内。3.参赛选手于每场比赛开始前20分钟到达比赛现场，以利于学生会的统筹安排及比赛准备工作的顺利进行。4.请在每场比赛之前做好细致的准备工作，以利于比赛学生在比赛中发挥出自己的最高水平。

5.遵守比赛纪律及比赛规则，服从组织安排，尊重评委评判。
