Ladies and Gentlemen，It’s my honor to stand here and make a speech.My name is.I am a graduate student at the College of Resources and Environmental Sciences, My topic is “Chinese Tea Culture”.This is my Catalogue.first,The origin of Chinese tea, second,Claification of tea third,The benefits of tea and the last,Summary Do you know the name of the three most famous drinks in the world? They are tea , coffee and cocoa.But what do you know about Chinese tea culture? So, let’s talk about The origin of Chinese tea.According to the legend, tea was first discovered by the Chinese emperor and inventor Shennong in 2737 BC.One day, he use a kind of tree leaves to ease his case and it turn out to be tea tree.China is the homeland of tea which has become the national drink.Referring to Chinese tea culture, it has several thousand years of history and can be traced back to the ancient times.Then it was flourished in the Tang dynasty and the Song dynasty.The first book on tea “cha jing” was written by the chinese author LuYu.It comprises three volumes and covers tea from it’s growththrough to it’s making and drinking , as well ascovering a historical summary and famous early tea plantation.We can say, the events of tea in other countries in the world, directly or indirectly, are basically spread out from China.China is the homeland of tea, and tea have become the national drink.Then let’s talk aboutClaification of tea，In china, the main varieties of tea are green tea, black tea, Oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea and dark tea.we make different tea in different particular ways.There are many benefits of the tea,such as :（1）Tea can enhance the thinking and memory abilities.（2）Tea has a good effect of losing weight and beauty（3）Tea can prevent heatstroke(4)there are many kinds of vitamins in the tea leaves, They are good for our health.In conclusion, tea culture is one of the eences of Chinese culture in the history.Thank you!
