Hello, everyone.It’s my honor to be here sharing my experience.大家好，很高兴能在这里分享我的成长经历。

First I want to describe a picture for you.A little girl, who just graduated form college and stepped into society, who was eager to realize her value and dream.Yes, I am the girl.Three years ago, with the expectation of future, I became the employee of Sinopec international(south china)company.首先，我想向你描述一张照片。一个初出茅庐、刚入社会，一个渴望实现自身价值和梦想的女孩。是的，我就是那个女孩。三年前，我怀抱着对未来的热忱，来到了国事华南公司。

However, things are not as developed as I want.The boring and circular work, which gradually killed my enthusiasm, even my hope.During that period of time, I usually thought whether I should stick to my job.Until that day, I had my answer.然而，事情并没有像我想象的那样发展。枯燥的工作，周而复始的工作慢慢地磨灭了我的工作热情，甚至是我的希望。在那段时间里，我时常在想我是否应该坚持这份工作。直到那天，我有了答案。

I still remember clearly it’s October in 2014, my colleague and me were sent to maoming petroleum and chemical cooperation for study.After the first day, I felt so astonished, why? Because the employee there really worked so hard, but that still not the most surprising thing, when they off duty, u can see a smile on each of them, to be honest, when we/ 3

off duty, what we often feel is tired, however, u can see the employee there will had a kind of satisfied smile on their faces.One day, I can’t help asking them the secret about how to keep enthusiasm and happy mood when on duty.One of them, who had stick to his position for 9 years, told me about his motto “don’t lose faith, as long as the unremittingly, you will get some fruits”, which also the saying form qian xueshen.To me, those words had planted a seed of hope in my heart.我仍然清晰地记得那是2014年10月份，我和几名同事被送到茂石化进行跟班劳动。一天下来，我觉得很惊讶，为什么呢？因为茂石化那里的员工真的非常认真地工作，但那并不是最让人惊讶的事情，而是当他们完成一天的工作后，你仍然能在他们的脸上看到笑容，老实说，当我们下班的时候，我们唯一感到的是累，但是，在他们脸上，挂着的是满足的笑脸。有一天，我忍不住询问他们保持工作热情的秘密。其中一名工作了9年的员工告诉我他的座右铭：不要失去信心,只要坚持不懈,就终会有成果，同时这也是钱学森先生的名言警句。对于我来说，这几句话，在我的心中埋下了叫希望的种子。

So when I went back to my work, I set a goal for myself, which is “a simple thing will be done repeatedly, and the repeated work will be done by heart”.As time goes by, I find that those work are not as boring as I think before, even, when I have buy the low cost but high quality coal to supply enterprise, a sense of achievement and pride arising form my heart.At that moment, I kind of understanding the feeling of the/ 3

employee from maoming petroleum and chemical cooperation.所以当我回到自己的岗位时，我为自己设下了目标，那就是“简单的事情重复做，重复的事情用心做”。随着时间的推移，我发现那些枯燥的工作变得不再枯燥，甚至，当我买到性价比高的煤炭保供企业的时候，一种成就感和自豪感油然而生。那个时刻，我终于理解了茂石化员工的感觉了。

And now, I can completely handle my work, but also I am the excellent cadre of communist youth league.All of these I think it’s because I still stick to my ordinary post, and I always believe that “if a simple thing is repeatedly done by yourself, you will be an expert, and if you do what is repeatedly done by heart, you will be a winner”.而现在，我可以完成处理好手上的业务，同时也是公司的优秀团干部，这些我想都应该归功于当时我选择坚守自己的平凡岗位和相信如果简单的事情重复做，你将成为专家，如果重复的事情用心做，你讲成为赢家。
