运动

生命在于运动。我们相信,活的生命,每一个细胞都在等待,等待被激活。每一份能量都在等待,等待被释放。运动,是身体的语言,更是生命的呐喊。

看古时十年寒窗、埋头只知读书的白面书生,往往是手无缚鸡之力;看三寸金莲、娇喘微微林黛玉似的阁楼女人,也只能被束缚在柔弱的世界里权当男人世界的附庸。缺乏运动让这些人在历史的尘埃里默默逝去。

更有生命在于运动的八大理由:

(1)运动可以改善心肺功能。

(2)运动可以增强肌肉和骨骼的功能。

(3)运动可改善血压。

(4)运动可提高机体免疫力。

(5)运动可使你的体态更健美。

(6)运动可健脑。

(7)运动可消除疲劳。

(8)运动可促进心理健康。

所以我们要运动!

以下是运动的十大作用:

(1)运动使你精力充沛,从容不迫地应付日常生活和工作。

(2)运动使你处事乐观,态度积极,乐于承担任务而不挑剔。

(3)运动促进睡眠,利于休息。

(4)运动使你应变能力强,能适应各种环境的各种变化。

(5)运动提高你的免疫力,对疾病具有一定的抵抗力。

(6)运动使你体重适当,体形匀称,身体各部比例协调。

(7)运动使你反应敏锐。

(8)运动使你四肢灵活,无疼痛。

(9)运动使你头发光泽,无头屑。

(10)运动使你肌肉、皮肤富有弹性,走路轻松。

以下几点为注意事项:

(1)从医学、保健学的角度看,清晨并不是锻炼身体的最佳时

间。

(2)一天中运动的最佳时间是傍晚。

(3)运动的关键是能形成习惯,能持之以恒坚持下去。

(4)最佳的运动方式 — 有氧运动。

(5)步行、慢跑、爬山、跳交谊舞、骑自行车、长距离游泳等,都属于有氧运动。其中,最好的有氧运动是 步行。

life relies on exercise, we believe that every life, every ceil are

waiting to be activated.The body’s energy are waiting to be released.Exercise is the language of body and the yell of life.While looking at the ancient hard working young scholar, they were

1.It can make you energetic and deal with daily life and work easily

responsibility rather than Hypercritical

3.It will improve your sleep

4.It makes you more adaptable to environment change

5.It can improve your immunity and you can be more defensive to

disease

6.Your body will be more fit and beautiful

8.It makes you more flexible and healthy

9.It makes your hair more healthy and there will be no dandruff anymore

10.It can tighten your muscle and skin, you will feel relaxed while walking

There are some matters need your attention:

1.From the point of medical and Health science, early morning is not the best time to exercise

2.The best time to exercise is at nightfall

3.The key point of exercise is to form a habit and insist on it

4.The best exercise-aerobic exercise

5.Walking, jogging , climbing dancing bicycling and long distance swimming are belong to aerobic exercises.The best one is walking.Life relies on exercise, so let’s move it!
