2011年云南大学旅游文化学院大学英语演讲比赛通知 为贯彻教育部关于大学英语教学改革精神，激发我院大学生学习英语的热情，提高学生的英语口语水平，促进大学英语实践教学环节改革，在全院范围内形成学英语、用英语的良好氛围，并为我院参加省级和国家级演讲比赛储备人才，特举办本次英语演讲比赛，为搞好本次比赛活动，现将有关事项通知如下。

一、参赛对象：

全院非英语专业2009和2010级学生

二、演讲比赛内容与形式：

１、报名：（4月18日 ——4月22日）

由各班大学英语综合课教师在规定时间内组织动员报名。填写报名表（附）4月22日下午6点前将报名表交外语系办公室（用规定的报名表，电子的）。

２、院级初赛：（5月9日------13日）

比赛形式：命题演讲，题目必须从备选的题目中选择。命题演讲：选手按照规定的题目进行3分钟（正负15秒）命题演讲，要求脱稿。）

3、院级决赛（5月23----5月27日）

1）、命题演讲，题目必须为初赛所备选的题目。

2）即兴问答：选手回答评委就选手命题演讲内容提出的一个问题，答题时限为1-2分钟。
