开头:Today, we will talk about nano-materials and nano technology in the field of textiles and clothing.Our introduction includes four parts , Introduction and History of nanotechnology, Properties of nanomaterials, Nano-materials in the field of textiles and clothing,Prospects for Nanotechnology.Ok , let’s start our topic.纳米简介:We all know that “Nano” is a transliteration(音译)of the English Nanometer , Nanometer is a very small unit of length.One nanometer is equal to One-thousand-millionth of a meter.You may not know the nanometer clearly.let’s look at a picture for further understanding.You can see the human hair diameter is here.(150micrometers).One nanometer is equal to one ten thousandth the thickne of hair.纳米材料和纳米科技的简介:

Nanomaterials means a material composed of nanoparticles between 1 and 100 nanometers.At the nanoscale , substances and materials research and proceing technology called

nanotechnology.Nanotechnology

including

three aspects,nanomaterial, nanodevice and nano biomedical.According to the current study field , it can be roughly divided into, nanomaterials , nanoelectronics, nanobiology, nano manufacturing, nano-optics and so on.历史:Let’s know more about the history of the development of nanotechnology.In 1965, the Nobel physics prize winner feynman(R.P.Feynman)put forward the concept of “nanomaterials” refers to nanoparticles and thin films and solid by their composition.Now, Nanomaterials are broadly refers to materials in a three-dimensional space of at least one dimension in the nanoscale range or a pile of them as a basic unit.Popular that nanomaterials refers to any type of material composed of units of nanometers.Such as metals, ceramics, polymers, semiconductors, gla, and composites.The basic unit of nanomaterials can be divided into three categories in dimensions.A.Zero-dimensional ,there are three-dimensional space are at the nanoscale.Such as nano-sized particles, Radical family, etc.B.One-dimensional , there are two-dimensional space in the nanoscale.Such as nanowires, nanorods, nanotubes, etc.C.two-dimensional , One of three dimensional space dimension in the nanometer scale.Such as ultra-thin, multi-films and superlattices, etc.Most nanomaterials are prepared artificially.But nature has long existed nanoparticles and nano-solids.For example, Pollen is nanoscale Optical Properties, Catalytic properties, Photocatalytic Properties, Chemical Reaction Properties, Mechanical Properties, Thermal Properties, Conductive Properties.应用:There are three ways to apply nanotechnology mainly in the textile sector(1)ultrafine fibers(2)the use of nanomaterials modification of traditional materials(3)To nanometer fiber or fabric finishing, so that it is functional.纺织服装应用:There are a lot of Nano-materials in the field of textiles and clothing.Infrared function, Antibacterial &deodorization, Anti-electromagnetic radiation, Fire retardant , Water resistant & oil resistant, Antistatic, UV protection.1.Far infrared thermal underwear.Health care textile products like, health underwear ,made of far-infrared light therapy ,nano-antibacterial and functional fabric , can release negative oxygen ions, also has the ability to efficiently emit far infrared and antibacterial deodorizing.It can improve the body's ability to heal and recovery.2.Solar ultraviolet radiation damage to the human body, mainly in the band 300-400nm, nano silica, zinc oxide, and iron oxide in this band has a characteristic of absorbing ultraviolet rays, adding a small amount of nanoparticles to chemical fibers, will produce UV absorption phenomena, which can effectively protect the body from UV damage.3.Adding a small amount of nanoparticles chemical products, such played an important role in enhancing the core competitivene of industrial and improving economic development.Nanoclothing getting close to people's daily lives and tools, at the same time, the garment industry pioneered a new path.In addition, with the development of science and technology and per capita standard of living, people are seeking upscale, comfortable and functional clothing.Therefore, the use of the special properties of nanomaterials to develop high value-added functional fabrics and garments will create enormous economic and social benefits in future textile and apparel industry.
