3.主题：Ourfutureisnotadream

4.比赛形式

5.比赛包括“定题演讲”和“回答问题”两个环节。

1.定题演讲：根据事先所定题目由各选手事先准备，限时2分钟（前后不得超

过10秒）。

2.回答问题：每位选手就其定题演讲的内容回答评委的一个或两个问题，回答

时间为2分钟(由选手回答开始计时)。

6.评分标准----比赛采取十进制进行评分

7.主题鲜明，内容健康。（2.5分）

8.发音标准、清晰、语调平仄起伏流畅、准确、演讲技巧运用恰当。（3.5分）

9.仪态大方，穿着得体，有较好的演讲气质。（1分）

10.回答问题正确，反应敏捷。（2分）

11.能准确把握演讲时间和回答问题时间。（1分）

12.注意:.1.2分钟定题演讲时间如少于或多于规定时间前后10秒,评委要相应

扣分。（在1分30秒时，计时员会举牌提醒一次，时间到的时候，计时员会吹哨停止其发言。）

be controlled between 2’50” and 3’10”, or points are to be deducted）

19.Questions Answering: Answer questions on the topics given by the judges in 2 minutes.20.Scoring standard :（10 points in total）

21.The theme should be distinct and content should be healthy.（2.5 points）

22.Pronounce clearly and correctly, expre fluently with emotional tone and use skills

properly.（3.5 points）

23.Dre formally with generous deportment and good speech temperament.（1 points）

24.Answer questions correctly and react quickly（2 points）

25.Enable to control the time of making speeches and answering questions.（1 points）

26.Notice: 1.In terms of time control(whenthereare 30 seconds left, a person will hold up one sign

remindthecompetittor.When time is over ,someone willringthe bellinordertostop hipeech)if the length of the speech is within the two bell rings , no points are to be deducted here.The judges can decide the scores otherwise.27.2.The judges will ask questions in turn and each contestant will be asked with no more than 2 questions.28.Foreign Language Department
