Good morning,honorable judges and dear friends I am so glad to stand here to share my idea about gathering high-level FLT and promoting high-quality development stategy.二、【PARE1】
First, quick question, what is talent? In dictionary, talents refer to those who have certain profeional knowledge or specilized skills.They carry out creative work and contribute to society.They are laborers with high ability and quality in human resources.高质量发展，是什么样的发展？习近平在党的十九大报告中，有着如下表述：明确了发展经济的着力点是“实体经济”，我们必须坚持“质量第一、效益优先”两大原则，推动经济发展的三大变革，即“质量变革、效率变革、动力变革”，努力实现“更高质量、更有效率、更加公平、更可持续”的发展目标。
What kind of development is the high quality development? In the report of the 19th National Congre of the Communist Party of China, our president Xi Jinping has the following expreion: The main point of economic development is the “real economy”, we should put quality first and give priority to performance to promote the three major changes in quality,efficiency, and power, and strive to achieve higher quality, more efficient, fairer, and more sustainable development.And ,How to achieve this goal? It needs reform and development,Yes!It needs someone who have profeinal knowledge and specilized skills,Yes!But what is more important is that it needs high-level FLT。【PARE2】首先，让我们看一组数据。刚刚过去的2017年，进出口增长14.2%，实际使用外资1363亿美元、创历史新高。经济发展呈现出增长与质量、结构、效益相得益彰的良好局面。
Second, let`s know a group of data.In the year just paed, our total import and export value rose 14.2 percent.Inward foreign investment reached 136.3 billion U.S.dollars, hitting a new all-time high.The state of play in the economy was good, with growth and quality, structural improvement, and performance each reinforcing the other.刚刚过去的2017年，坚持对外开放的基本国策，我们倡导和推动共建“一带一路”，发起创办亚投行，设立丝路基金。设立上海等11个自贸试验区，一批改革试点成果向全国推广。人民币加入国际货币基金组织特别提款权货币篮子，人民币国际化迈出重要步伐。
In the year just paed, With a commitment to China’s fundamental policy of opening-up, We have launched and worked with other countries in the Belt and Road Initiative.We initiated the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, set up the Silk Road Fund。Beginning with the China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone, we have established 11 pilot free trade zones.A number of succeful outcomes from pilot reforms are now being applied nationwide.The RMB was included in the IMF’s Special Drawing Rights basket, representing a major step forward in its internationalization.过去五年，中国特色大国外交全面推进。成功举办首届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛、亚太经济合作组织领导人非正式会议、二十国集团领导人杭州峰会、金砖国家领导人厦门会晤等重大主场外交。习近平主席等国家领导人出访多国，出席联合国系列峰会、气候变化大会、世界经济论坛、东亚合作领导人系列会议等重大活动，全方位外交布局深入展开。
Over the past five years, we have pursued distinctively Chinese major country diplomacy on all fronts.We succefully hosted the first Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, the 22nd APEC Economic Leaders Meeting, the G20 Hangzhou Summit, the BRICS Xiamen Summit, and other major diplomatic events at home.President Xi Jinping and other Chinese leaders have visited many countries and attended major events including United Nations summits, World Economic Forum meetings, and the East Asian Leaders Meetings on Cooperation and other major diplomatic events atabroad.China’s diplomatic agenda has been further advanced on every front.All the work i have mentioned, they cannot achieve witout High-level FLT, as fishes cannot be separated from the water.【PART3】当今世界,经济全球化、信息社会化所带来的商品流、信息流、技术流、人才流、文化流,如长江之水,挡也挡不住。
中国企业要想在国际竞争中立于不败，除了坚定走创建国际品牌，开展国际营销等经营路线之外，建立一支专业的国际营销人才队伍是首当其冲的。一个国家对外开放,必须首先推进人的对外开放,特别是人才的对外开放，特别是高层次外语人才的对外开放。
因此,对外开放只有着眼于人、着力于人,推动人们在眼界上、思想上、知识上、技术上走向开放,才能不断把整个对外开放提高到新的水平，促进国家高质量的发展。
And third,In today's world, the flow of goods, information, technology, talent and culture which brought by economic globalization and information socialization, like the water of the Yangtze River, can't stop it.For companies, if they want to be unbeaten in international competition, they must establish a profeional international marketing talent team in addition to firmly establishing international brands and developing international marketing routes.For a country,When we decide to open to the outside,firstly, it must promote the opening up of people, especially the talents,the FLT.Therefore, only by focusing on tanlets, especially on FLT and promoting people's openne in terms of vision, ideology, knowledge, and technology, can we raise the entire opening up to a high level and promote the high-quality development of the country.【结尾】作为一名外语人员（PS:我不是人才）我深感荣幸。因为国家的发展需要我，城市的发展需要我。我将不断提升自身素质和业务水平，朝高水平人才方向发展。我愿与其他的外语人员，甚至是海内外中华儿女同心奋斗、共创辉煌。As a foreign language students,(Ps: unfortunetly, i am not a talent,but i will.haha)I am deeply honored.Because i know my country needs me, my city needs me.I will work hard and study hard to improve my profeional knowledge and specilized skill towards high-level.I am willing to make progre together with other FLT,even all Chinese both at home and overseas, to work together with one heart and achieve great things.
